[Resolved] Yaantra — poor customer service no response | |||
I submitted my phone for repair to yaantra. It had display and touch broken issues. They said it will be fixed in2days (Given on friday5.10.18) but still not yet ready.. Worst service ever!!!. Communication was poor. They gave false promises that it will be fixed soon and later they were giving false promises of fast delivery. I recommend not to one give mobile for repair here. Never!!!... I have given my iphone to one of the agents...its been 3 days since i gt my phne n they're nt aat all responding to the calls n nt gvng any kind of information regarding this neither through mail or call... i want my phone back...or else i am going to take a severe action
