[Resolved] Yaantra — return phone with damaged back glass and baubles on main screen | |
I have given my phone to yaantra in almost new condition, the only issue was charging pin was broken. When they return my phone. I saw my phones back glass is broken and colored with black color so it will not easily identified. And there are two black bubbles on my screen. I told everything to delivery person and suddenly he was shouting on me and refused to give written proof of such damages things. Then i told him let me contact with your customer care he told me that now there is no one in office as he was came to me around 7 pm. I'm so disappointed with yaantra and it seems the are very unprofessional. It was a mistake giving my phone to this company with unskilled technicians Was this information helpful? | |
