I have bought Yamaha FZ-X in August 2021 and suddenly the battery stopped working from April 2022.
On going to the service center and replacing the battery, it worked for a day, and then the problem started again.
Due to the issue, I was unable to travel on my own and faced severe difficulties while traveling to work.
Additionally, the service center claims that the battery is draining due to the Bluetooth functionality of the bike which is added separately at an additional cost when buying.
Now Yamaha is claiming the malfunction in its Bluetooth. If we can not use Bluetooth, do refund the additional cost that was charged for Bluetooth.
Please call back all the faulty bikes and rectify the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
