Complaint against Yamaha dealership - Shelar Yamaha, Pune, Maharashtra.
Got delivery of Yamaha Aerox 155 scooter in July 2022 with all documents.
Got letter from the bank in August that the insurance on the vehicle is terminated because the dealership failed to make the payment. Contacted the dealer, they were clueless. Multiple calls, messages and emails sent yet no solution.
Its been 3 weeks my vehicle is not insured, they said they forgot to make the payment and will take another week.
Calls not answered, mails not replied from the company or the dealership.
No accountability or assistance provided by anyone.
Worst part is the dealership head never answers the call, disconnects and replies "plz msg"
Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Mahesh ! I have already sent the email with all the details, yet your auto reply email asked me to call you. I did you call you and your support executive asked me to contact the dealer.
Its been over a month now and no resolution yet.

When called back on your customer care- got the same response - wait for another 2 working days.
