[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — bike damaged by staff members of adarsh yamaha okhla new delhi | |||
Last week i faced a small accident in delhi due to which my bike got minor damages. I have yamaha fz-s bike (Dl-3s-dp-2197) in which two parts were broken that day that is upper headlight cover and side-cover only. Today[protected], i have visited adarsh yamaha service center for an insurance claim for which i have to leave my bike at the service center for 4 hours to inspect it by the insurance company (Royal sundaram) agent. Staff members (Ankit) told me that only two parts are broken and it will cost rs 3000 onlyafter 2 hours, i got a call from agent and he asked to come at the service center for documents formalities. When i reached at the service center, i was so shocked, my bike is completely changed andthere are major damages which are - front tyre bumper broken, shocker seal is broken, handle support relay is broken, headlight is broken, bike handle lock is broken and side stand is broken. I asked the staff member of service center to show me the estimate costing rs 17500 which they are going to submit to the insurance company for the claim but they very harshly replied that "it is not your concern and you will not decide which parts is broken in the bike". Then i asked how these parts are broken in the bike then he started making arguments and talking in very bad manner. He (Ankit) told me to keep quiet and everything will be changed in claim. I asked that i want to see the cctv footage then he replied that "senior person is not available and we will not help you in any claim. Go away and take your bike with you" They had not return my documents and not ready to listen even after making several request. I have asked another staff member to help me to contact manager then i got a reply that "our manager have left the company and we don't have any senior person". Adarsh yamaha service center staff member (Ankit) damaged my bike very badly and nobody is ready to listen. They are not showing the cctv footage.
