One of your dealer at vadodara is demanding rs. 79 extra as mdr on my total bill amount of rs. 3935, which i am willing to pay with my rupay debit card which actualy have to bear by a merchant and not by a customer.
Why such big company or it's dealer is doing such things with customer?
If i am wrong please give me the proof that the mdr will be born by a customer and not by merchant.

    For the last six months, i was asking the workshop guys that my rear brake is not working and for that each month i visited the workshop and asked for the brake impairment at any cost,
    Sometimes they just cleaned and said after using for few day it will work, the last time before accident they even changed the complete brake liner still the brakes were not working and they said the same thing that it will adjust in few days automatically.
    Just few days later i was involved in accident just because i was unable to apply the brakes.
    Now, the bike is with them for past a month and the insurance guys are mailing and calling every day to get a copy of the invoice but they are neither responding nor updating the impairment work.
    They are just saying that the parts have been ordered and still not delivered but there servers are not working so they are unable to track the shipment.
    Unfortunately my leg is broken so i am unable to visit the workshop self.

      Purchased bike in aug 2019 and first service done within a month. 2nd service was due on dec 2019. Before 2nd service engine oil started to leak, so raised complaint in the nearest service centre and ordered for oil seal during 1st week of december. 2nd service was due, but the service centre dint service my bike since they were waiting for the spare. Days started to pass and i was waiting for long. Hence approached another service centre and ordered for the same, but no use. Today its 5th feb 2020 and i'm yet to receive the spare. After lot of frustration i went to another service centre and they said engine warranty cannot be claimed as i have missed one service (2nd). I have ridden 1800 kms till now. The missing service was due to that particular service centre. This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen towards a customer. I'm completely annoyed about yamaha treating their customers. May be i should have never trusted these foreign makers. I'm clueless about what to do next?!!

        Once they sell a product start to misbehave with customer. Intentionally they keep on waiting customes, do not answer of any queries. Unnecesserily delay to provide documents of bike. Unnecesserily delay to service of veichle. You have to go 3-4 days to for a simple work. When i protested of his misbehaviour samir basak, the owner came forward to beat me.

            Hi,
            I purchased my bike at jan 1st. I have faced handle bar vibration from my purchasing date and the same day i informed to show room.. They told me to check air. After i comes we ll check on first service. Today i gave service to the same showroom service center nd mentioned issue also.. Finally the mechanic called me to told i checked every thing but still vibration is not reduced we are also suspecting issue with the wheel. I feel this issue is happening from first day of purcahse. What is may question is how it happens on new bike? Who is responsible for this? Why you are giving this much un quality products? And one more is this bike cross the proper testing? If yes means why they are not found this issue at testing time?

              Sir,
              I am a Yamaha Ray Z user, (KL 06 J 7074. 2019 model), I am facing a complaint regarding the tyre and tear. The right edge of the front tyre is losing quickly than usual wear and tear. front tyre wear and tear occurs even after servicing from authorised service centre in Thodupuzha.
              I noticed this complaint since when the scooter runs after 5000 KM.
              So i visit the Yamaha service centre in Thodupuzha, they worked on it then returned it on same day and i payed RS 375. But the complaint did not solved.

              so sometimes scooter cant handle well, and type becomes useless.
              Now i am needed to change the tyre within a small running period.
              I am very much disappointed on this matter and unhappy with the given service from the Yamaha Staffs.

              Kindly help me to resolve the issue and make a look on this matter

                This is dharma sasta. I have yamaha r15s bike. 4 days back i give my bike servicing in ramyasree motors, amalapuram, eastgodavari district. Pin code:533201. Finally today my bike delivered to me. The prices of the components is not explain clearly by staff. The prices also not mrp prices
                . I attach a bill copy which i have taken from that servicing center. They charge 500rs for servicing fee. And extra 70rs for wash and extra 450rs for repair they star mark in bill copy. R15 engine oil price is not 430. Me and my friends facing same problem. Once see the below attaching bill.

                  Now i'm hate yamaha for this service

                      self start does not work

                      The self start button in my fz-25 stopped working. It works sometimes and the issue was quite rare. But now i need to cross my fingers every time i start my bike as i don't know when it will work and when it won't.
                      I gave my vehicle for service today at an authorized yamaha service center and they said they rectified the issue. But on my way back, as i stopped my bike at a signal, the self start did not work and i had to drag my bike...

                      Speedometer not working after servicing, they are simply telling like it is a battery problem.. Even after changing the battery the speedometer is not working.. My battery was already running low.. But only after servicing the speedometer not working.. It is whitefield yamaha show room.. Bangalore..
                      I have waited for almost more than 5 hours, they did not respond properly.. They were simply trying to tell it was my fault and they charged extra for this also...

From day one i noticed the mileage was around 38 only and the dealer confirmed it could gradually increase after first few free services. But unfortunately the mileage is gone down to 35-36 after the 3rd free service at 7000km. It is embarrassing to see such figure for a fi engine with only 150cc. Can this issue get addressed?

                          [I was assured an average mileage of 45 for my fz-fi v3 model which i purchased in may 2019.                             My bike battery found dead with 2 month and service centre are denying to replace the battery at the earliest. They are saying to replace the battery within 15 days, that is not possible for me as i am an office guy, and without bike i could not afford to attend my office. It has been multiple attempting for replacement request of battery but they are not taking it seriously.
                            I have lost my trust in the yamaha and if this remains continue, then i am not going to recommend anyone for its product.

                              I have given bike to showroom on 13th jan 2020. The problem is related to battery recharge. But the mechanic's there are irresponsible. Today they called me and said bike will take some time and i shouted on them they are disconnecting call. But i don't why they are taking more than 10 days for this repair.                                 bike damaged by staff members of adarsh yamaha okhla new delhi

                                Last week i faced a small accident in delhi due to which my bike got minor damages. I have yamaha fz-s bike (Dl-3s-dp-2197) in which two parts were broken that day that is upper headlight cover and side-cover only.

                                Today[protected], i have visited adarsh yamaha service center for an insurance claim for which i have to leave my bike at the service center for 4 hours to inspect it by the insurance company (Royal sundaram) agent....

                                Hi, i got new mt 15 from rsp wheels namrata motors on 6 dec 2019. It was promised that yamaha jacket would be delivered to me within 15 days.                                   Iam saikarthik i bought yamaha r15 v3 (Five months back). Vehicle number is tn18au9199.
                                  On 31st dec 2019 i was driving my vehicle suddenly the chain got removed from the chain sprocket and damaged my bike’s chain sprocket, wheel hub... Etc. I need this to be covered totally on warranty because has it was not my fault. It might be not serviced properly or the vehicle may be defective. Total km driven is just 6500. I haven’t expecting this kind of issue from yamaha. If this issue is not solved as soon as possible im going to file a complain against yamaha motor company.

                                    My name is vazeed ali. My vehicle yamaha fz v3 ka01je1570 had a complaint with geat shifting. I have given vehicle to yamaha motoworld service centre, bommanahalli, bangalore. My vehicle is only 8 mnths old. While buying vehicle they have given 5 yrs warranty for engine and now they are saying gear shifting part is not a part of engine. I need this clear explanation for what yamaha is giving warranty.
