Good evening
This is dharma sasta. I have yamaha r15s bike. 4 days back i give my bike servicing in ramyasree motors, amalapuram, eastgodavari district. Pin code:533201. Finally today my bike delivered to me. The prices of the components is not explain clearly by staff. The prices also not mrp prices
. I attach a bill copy which i have taken from that servicing center. They charge 500rs for servicing fee. And extra 70rs for wash and extra 450rs for repair they star mark in bill copy. R15 engine oil price is not 430. Me and my friends facing same problem. Once see the below attaching bill.

    Hi i'm dinesh, from tirupur, we use yamaha saluto rx model bike in past 8 months, today accelerator wire breaking at perumanallur, but spare wire not available in all yamaha showrooms tirupur,
    Now i'm hate yamaha for this service

    Note : my family also used yamaha at past 15years, now our service is too poor,
    My humble request to avoid this type of mistakes in future please.

        self start does not work

        The self start button in my fz-25 stopped working. It works sometimes and the issue was quite rare. But now i need to cross my fingers every time i start my bike as i don't know when it will work and when it won't.
        I gave my vehicle for service today at an authorized yamaha service center and they said they rectified the issue. But on my way back, as i stopped my bike at a signal, the self start did not work and i had to drag my bike...

        Speedometer not working after servicing, they are simply telling like it is a battery problem.. Even after changing the battery the speedometer is not working.. My battery was already running low.. But only after servicing the speedometer not working.. It is whitefield yamaha show room.. Bangalore..
        I have waited for almost more than 5 hours, they did not respond properly.. They were simply trying to tell it was my fault and they charged extra for this also...

            I was assured an average mileage of 45 for my fz-fi v3 model which i purchased in may 2019. From day one i noticed the mileage was around 38 only and the dealer confirmed it could gradually increase after first few free services. But unfortunately the mileage is gone down to 35-36 after the 3rd free service at 7000km. It is embarrassing to see such figure for a fi engine with only 150cc. Can this issue get addressed?

              My bike battery found dead with 2 month and service centre are denying to replace the battery at the earliest. They are saying to replace the battery within 15 days, that is not possible for me as i am an office guy, and without bike i could not afford to attend my office. It has been multiple attempting for replacement request of battery but they are not taking it seriously.
              I have lost my trust in the yamaha and if this remains continue, then i am not going to recommend anyone for its product.

                  bike damaged by staff members of adarsh yamaha okhla new delhi

                  Last week i faced a small accident in delhi due to which my bike got minor damages. I have yamaha fz-s bike (Dl-3s-dp-2197) in which two parts were broken that day that is upper headlight cover and side-cover only.

                  Today[protected], i have visited adarsh yamaha service center for an insurance claim for which i have to leave my bike at the service center for 4 hours to inspect it by the insurance company (Royal sundaram) agent....

                    Iam saikarthik i bought yamaha r15 v3 (Five months back). Vehicle number is tn18au9199.
                    On 31st dec 2019 i was driving my vehicle suddenly the chain got removed from the chain sprocket and damaged my bike’s chain sprocket, wheel hub... Etc. I need this to be covered totally on warranty because has it was not my fault. It might be not serviced properly or the vehicle may be defective. Total km driven is just 6500. I haven’t expecting this kind of issue from yamaha. If this issue is not solved as soon as possible im going to file a complain against yamaha motor company.

                      My name is vazeed ali. My vehicle yamaha fz v3 ka01je1570 had a complaint with geat shifting. I have given vehicle to yamaha motoworld service centre, bommanahalli, bangalore. My vehicle is only 8 mnths old. While buying vehicle they have given 5 yrs warranty for engine and now they are saying gear shifting part is not a part of engine. I need this clear explanation for what yamaha is giving warranty. What i beleive is gear is also a major part for engine.                         Parts added in the bill without been replaced in the bike,

                        Clutch place replacement labor charge added without any complaint in the clutch or pick up (Already replaced in the last service)

                        Yamalube chain clean 400ml (489 rs) added in the bill which should not be a single-use product.

                        Charging 2 percent extra on credit card payment which is not correct and they are not showing that in the original bill.

                        Replacing things without thinking once to repair it is not a correct way to deal with any problem anyways.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,
                          This is to inform you that on 8th October 2018, I bought a Yamaha Saluto motorcycle (125 cc). As per bike features the bike mileage is 79 km / litre. But I getting mileage just 30 to 45 K.m/Litter. Even after 7th servicing this problem is continuing. Service Centre mechanics tried their best to solve my problem but they can't solve it. I complained to Yamaha in their company website regarding this problem. But I get no reply from them.
                          So, I shall be thankful to you if you kindly solve my problem. Thanking you.

                              Rare brake is not working properly i don't what is the problem. I bought the bike on the 25th of october and the service centre didn't have an answer what is the problem. And service centre told me that your disc is not so rough to apply brake i don't know what to do but i am frustrated because of this. One more point my only left hand is paining badly i think there is also a problem in my bike's handlebar i request you to solve my problem asap

                                I have purchased yamaha saluto 125cc matt green from shubhalakshmi yamaha, jaipur on 2 sept 2019 for which i have paid full money on 24 august 2019. But following fraud cases happen when i purchased this bike:
                                1. At the time of purchase they said for a paytm offer but as on date i have got no paytm offer. And i have talked many times with the showroom manager mr. Narendra and salesperson miss deepika but they give no satisfactory answer to me and mr. Narendra misbehave with me.
                                2. At the time of purchase they said to give yamaha genuine accessories with bike, but at the time of sale they give me other company accessories like sheet cover.
                                3. On the occasion of ganesh chaturthi (2 sept 2019), the dealer has introduced a offer in which a lucky draw for waive off full ex showroom price for bike or full tank petrol or one helmet or one year road assistance and free service coupons is being given to first 100 customers on paying before 25 august 2019 so i paid full money on 24 august 2019. But when i purchased bike they denied for the offer which is a real fraud and defect in service which can be put on consumer court soon by me.
                                4. I have paid rs.777/- for the extended 3 year warranty but as on date they did not give me any proof or receipt for the same.
                                5. Whenever i go in the showroom to consult above matter they behave with me like they beneficence with the customer and talked so rudely.
                                Please look into the matter soon and improve the quality of customer service of the showroom.

                                  It's been more than 40 days since I bought MT15 bike, but I haven't got any jacket which yamaha promised .. I feed up by asking the updates on the jacket with yamaha dealer(Nandi yamaha Devanahalli) . I am not getting a positive response.They are saying we are tracking on it..                                     Instrument console of the motorcycle got water damage within few months of the purchase of the motorcycle. The dealers agreed to change the console in warranty claim soon after the incident and they have been prolonging the replacement saying random reasons. I'm writing this complaint after being fed up of the mcp yamaha dealers, puzhakkal, thrissur, kerala

                                    Soon after this incident after the 3rd free service the handlebar appeared to be bent from the service providers and they haven't been taking up responsibility for their wrong doings. We had already complained directly to yamaha india and somehow the dealership managed to nullify that too
