[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Bike FZ25 BS6 - Engine goes off automatically and fuel combustion blockage

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased FZ25-BS6 version on July Month 2023 from Sun Motors Dealer, Anna nagar, Chennai, Tamil nadu. My bike is great and I have completed my three free bike service with no problems. Later one problem came up with engine goes off automatically while driving and accompanied by fuel blockage then i gone to the dealers service centre for a paid service and explained the problems in my bike and requested to rectify the same. But the problem exists after taking my bike delivery from service centre.
Since I'm not satisfied with their service. I have filed an online complaint to yamaha motor india via email on Nov month 2022 regarding my bike is going off regularly while driving and fuel combustion is not working properly.

In response to my mail yamaha motor india on Nov-11, 2022 have replied and following it I have took my bike to my dealer's service centre 30.01.2023 and made my obligation of above bike problems were clearly indicated to them and the same needs to be rectified but after service there is no problem for one month. I have paid an amount of 2859 rupees.
The bike is good while taking delivery and had no problems initially then after some days again the same above problem came up from 01.03.2023, my bike turns off regularly while driving. I don't know what the real problem is, my life is in danger and I'm having a family. I go to office only by bike daily 28kms up and down.I have done the three free service and two paid service so far. Not changed any spare part or not given service to any private centres. My problem is not rectified by the dealer's service centre.

Today 07.03.2023 i have given my bike to the dealers service centre again hoping to rectify the problem .

Kindly take action at the earliest possible by instructing the dealer and rectify my bike problem or if the problem cannot be rectified please provide a new bike as replacement. Please dont take this issue for granted as my life is involved while driving the bike. Thank you.
