[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — bike servicing delayed for 10 days

Hello team yamaha,

I gave my bike for servicing on 29-aug-2018 wednesday and now it is more than one week and i have not received my bike yet. I called service centre many times and they are saying parts are not available (Engine head valve), once the parts are received then we will deliver your bike on thursday or friday not sure. 6th or 7th sept). I don't understand what kind of parts they are looking for and how come it is not readily available in bangalore. They said they have given the order for required parts and its coming from hariyana.

As this is too late now, i am suspecting and doubting that is it a genuine delay or they are trying to make more and more money from customer by cheating them. I request you to please help me on this.

HI Team Yamaha,

I received bike on 6-SEP-2018 after servicing( Took around 9 days). I am facing few major issues even after servicing. Staff did not do the servicing properly.

I gave my bike again to the same service centre on 11-Sep-2018 (Tuesday) to check up below Issue. ( I had already told about the below mentioned issues in the bike before giving for servicing for the first time). But they did not address them properly.

1- Engine Oil Leakage ( They changed head valve and after that i am facing this issue)
2- Disk break issue -> It does not seem to be working like a disk break. It works like a drum break now.
3- front shocker oil leakage.

I called staff and they replied they are still checking. they had already taken 10 days in first servicing. Now how many days they will keep my bike for checking and servicing.

Please help me on this.
