[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — bike servicing delayed for 10 days | |||
Hello team yamaha, I gave my bike for servicing on 29-aug-2018 wednesday and now it is more than one week and i have not received my bike yet. I called service centre many times and they are saying parts are not available (Engine head valve), once the parts are received then we will deliver your bike on thursday or friday not sure. 6th or 7th sept). I don't understand what kind of parts they are looking for and how come it is not readily available in bangalore. They said they have given the order for required parts and its coming from hariyana. As this is too late now, i am suspecting and doubting that is it a genuine delay or they are trying to make more and more money from customer by cheating them.
