Yamaha Motor India — Extend warranty

My name is vikas balouria. I perchase my yamaha r15 v3 bs6 bike on 21st september 2020 from YAMAHA SHOW ROOM HOSHIARPUR near KFC. So the dealer took all money for bike insurence and extend warranty and he did not give me that warranty card for extend waranty and i requested him more then 10 20 time on call and so many time on whats app he did not gave me replys on whats app and didnot pick my calls . After so many request he make me warranty card after 9 10 days in which he mension my wrong name and mobile number i mean Seriously. I again request him to correct my name and number so its been 3 to 4 dasy now he is not doing that also i did not expected that kind of behavior from yamaha please hepl me with that

Hy, I am vikas balouria as i submitted my complaint before also regarding my incorrected name due to yamaha Hoshiarpur agency, so after so mny req. They corrected it.
But now they recieved my no. Plate many days ago near by 1 month ago and they are not ready to send my no. Plates to me. There is guy he tells me dailly the he is gona send no. Plate but do nothing and a i gave all money for my bike and now he asking money also to corrier that no. Plate so that is very very irritating. Previously my problem was not solved but i did not take action. But now its gone very far. It is very bad service from yamaha i did not expected this type of service or responce form yamaha and mainly from main dealership so give me solution fast other wise i have to take further actions.
