I had a little issue of falling the chain adjuster plate, so I went to the service centre in Hasimara " M/s Bikes 'u' like" I asked the guy to ride the bike once and do what is needed because the bike was making a little sound, the cause could be the chain adjuster plate, He rode the bike and suggested to change the Chain SPK kit, two bearings, Ball Roucher and puller chain. I trusted the guy as it is an authorized service center. So I approved the suggestions, They charged me Rs 3000. I have Yamaha fzs since 2013 and I have never taken the bike anywhere else than the authorized service center in Siliguri. So I was in complete confidence that the authorized service center in Hasimara will also provide the genuine service but the case here was completely different. It seems they damaged my key, before there was no issues on Ignition Switch Lock and now I cannot handle lock the bike and the ignition switch is also not working properly. when I noticed I can clearly see they damaged the key, I am uploading the pictures too. The handle is also not smooth like it was before the service, now I can feel the jolting on handle. I am deeply disappointed by the cheating technique they are applying so the customer will come back with an issue and they have no other choice then changing the entire part. I do not know what to expect here but the trust which Yamaha has build so far is crumbling like house of playing cards. Please advise what am I supposed to do 😊 Hope the concern person look into the matter.

      Hi,

      My bike suddenly breaks down and does not start immediately (takes 15-30 mins or more). Facing this issue from January and requested Rise Automobiles (Smaat Automobiles), Madinaguda, Hyderabad.

      I have taken my bike for service center four times before and after lockdown.

      Service has replaced wiring, spark plug, battery, key set and all major electric components but problem is not rectified. They are not ready to rectify problem or take bike for servicing.

      Am hardly using my bike and facing breakdown for short trips of 5-10 kms also.

          Dear Sir,
          On 26th July 2020, I purchased two wheeler motor vehicle from your dealership that is YAMAHA FZS- V3 BLUE Colour Bike Registration No: TS09FN3265, Engine No: 43N3E0025736 and Chassis No: ME1RG6013L00B1512.
          Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because after four days of purchase I got engine issue and clutch problem.Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problems under warranty, however I collected vehicle and started using it again but still problems were there.Again I have given my vehicle to your service center on 14th October 2020, still now they are informed me about service completion status, Within three months of purchase, I have been irritating with the vehicle.
          I would appreciate you if problems will not repeat again.Kindly do the needful to solve my major issues Engine problem, clutch problem ( bike not moving while driving) and tank side cover ( tank side cover opened) issues need to be solved under warranty.Use another repairer to solve the issues and also do needful to never repeat these problems again in future.This problem also caused me to incur additional cost.
          I look forward to settling this matter amicably.If however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 22nd October 202, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce (or) through the courts.Letter attached...

            As per the above complaint, I am facing starting problem when it is let into the hot sunny condition, it an serious issue and some around 5 to 6 r15v3 were also facing the same problem and my bike is 1.5 year old and 12000km driven, I complaint to the nearest dealer (ranganatha swamy Yamaha motors, hassan, karnataka) they replaced the spark plug and cleaned fuel injector, fuel pump, fuel tank. They Con't find solution to my problem, and they are neglecting and not so actively concerned about my issue, I am facing this problem from past 2 months, so please give me an solution for this problem...

                  Dear sir,
                  I had purchased a New Bike (Model - Yamaha Cygnus Alpha) on 01.11.2019 from Mithun Motors, No. 2129/1, New Railway Road, Near Sugam Hospital (Opp), Kumbakonam.
                  Vehicle Owner Name : V. MaheswariEngine Chassis No. ME1SED1MAK0011039.Registration No. TN 68 AB 3724Engine No. E3Y3E0848229
                  Within 6 month from date of purchase my vehicle's Battery is under fault, Hence I mentioned my fault and given to service under authorised service station at Mithun Motors, No. 2129/1, New Railway Road, Near Sugam Hospital (Opp), Kumbakonam on 23rd June 2020.

                  Even though my bike is under 1 year free service, the service station charged me a sum of Rs. 236/- for the Battery charge and service charge. Myself paid the same and get back my vehicle. But within 2 days from the date of service the same fault happened.
                  Again I went to the service station for informing the fault. They informed me that the fault will be rectified if vehicle will run for some kilometres.
                  But days went, I went to service station again on 20th August 2020 to check the battery complaint, they checked battery and informed me that the battery is fault and you are under the guarantee period, hence we will replace the battery to you.
                  They removed the battery from my vehicle and informed me that the battery will be placement within 10 days. After that I had approached the service station on 05th september 2020, they informed me to wait another 10 days. Again I visited the service station on 20th september 2020. They informed that I have to wait for another 15 days. Till now not yet received my battery.
                  Nearly 55 days I am driving my bike without battery, I cant able to make horn or indication while driving, not only that I cant able to button start the bike, only option is kick start, As a girl I cant able to kick start in all the place where ever i go. This situation creates mental agony to me.
                  I need Immediate replacement of my battery on most urgent basis.
                  Herewith attaching you my purchase bill, last service bill for your reference.

                        Hi,

                        This is Aashutosh Jadhav having Yamaha FZS 2.0 (MH01DD4883) . I bought this in this bike in 2018 from VRB SPEED, Borivali dealer.
                        I want to highlight some points kindly go through it-

                        1. I was complaining about the handle bar issue 4-5 days after delivery still it is not solved so i convinced myself.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am highly disappointed by seeing rusting issue of my FZ25 Silencer not getting resolved in-spite notifying this particular issue with Yamaha showroom(Pacer Yamaha, Hebbal), Bangalore.

                          Till date since 15 years, We have changed 6 bikes at home. We have never come across this issues with my previous motor machines. I have happily chosen Yamaha FZ25 machine because we had 4 bikes from Yamaha and purchased in March 2019.

                          Within 1.5years, I drove nearly 11, 653 KMS, in that almost 5 months have been passed as lockdown. It is ridiculous that PACER YAMAHA have done a low quality coat on silencer to cover. The was there hardly for an hour.

                          Hi Team,

                          I have visited your Yamaha authorized dealer and received horrible and irresponsible answer from the dealer.

                          When I informed them as I contacted your team, they responded to me as this is a known issue to Yamaha India. The response from Dealer Manager was as "Even Yamaha India will not resolve your issue, simply they say as they will resolve" in a careless manner. And also said. To whom ever you want you can complain but won't get solution to this problem".

                            Extend warranty

                            My name is vikas balouria. I perchase my yamaha r15 v3 bs6 bike on 21st september 2020 from YAMAHA SHOW ROOM HOSHIARPUR near KFC. So the dealer took all money for bike insurence and extend warranty and he did not give me that warranty card for extend waranty and i requested him more then 10 20 time on call and so many time on whats app he did not gave me replys on whats app and didnot pick my calls . After so many request he make me warranty...

                            My self jotheesh Kumar I wone yamaha model R15 V3 bike purchased on Anurag motors on loan 24/10/2019 used 12, 850 kms used from last 1 weak informed to showroom need to change front disk plate got rust and silencer got rusted they told last 4th service they promised they will change both free of cost because its manufacturing defect of the spare but at the time of 5th service they are denied to change they collected free service coupon & they have charged me money as consumobile charges + Tax and I abserved the person name sridhar behaving rude and told yamaha is nothing for me he told of want do what ever you can do your end you do and also nothing can be done by them I am king here he told consumables are charges charged for every one inculding free service also he told not bring vehicle of service for the Anurag motors if you bring if I take vehicle for service I take he will fire my vehicle he told in feature how do I recomend for my friends and family we wone 6 vehicles from yamaha what to do from next how to give service of my bike reply me

                              Dear Team

                              I feel terribly dissatisfied with the service provide from your end. I bought a bike (FZ-S v3 Bs6 darkknight) from Kochi(Vyttila) showroom on Feb 16 2020.After 30 days i gave the bike for first service .Two days after recieving it after service the bike was not working.The self was not working and I called the showroom and told it was battery discharge or a fuse problem.Since it was lock down, myself took the bike to a local mechanic paid him 300 ruppess and fixed it and gave it to showroom for reservice. Again before the second service there was issues with the self start and informed it while giving it for second service .Now after again the bike is not working and facing the intial issue.I am not feel good with this, how can take the bike to long distance if the quality of bike is not. So request you to take this matter seriously, because has not completed 2000 km and facing these many issues.

                              Either replace the battery and fuse the electric structure with a better or replace me with new bike.

                                Mera r15 v3 bs6 ka meter me panika bhap jab ja raha hai..aur me service centre me kai baar bola hoo par problem solve nhi ho raha hai.

                                  I was getting service done by yamaha service center in okhla, in the first they have charged me 3000rs and told me that they will charge certain parts of my bike, my bike was good in condition before but after getting service from this service centre my bike started giving issues in engine as well as mileage and after then when i did complaint of it they started using abusing words with me and not treated me appropriately . And they have not changed the parts, they took money from me for the new parts and still its 20days now they haven't changed it... kindly take strict action against this service centre...i am extremely exhaust now by coming here ... please help me

                                    Dear team Yamaha,

                                    I am glad with Yamaha member with using Yamaha YZF-R15S, I was purchased on 10-nov-2016 with extended warranty. I was serviced at Shiva Motors at Meet Nagar East Gokul Pur Delhi-110094.

                                    I was visit there many times for service and general repairs work and I mentioned every visit for my concern about Caliper Rear jam and hard. They have done some little checkup and they denied to concern and also they didn’t mentioned on record. After my approach to Yamaha they inspected my car again and inform me about rear caliper assy need change in payment due to extended warranty will not cover caliper parts.

                                    My request for please check my all service record and also my concern I was report it in basic warranty but service center didn’t done it under warranty. Himgiri Yamaha at Krishna nagar is a worst service center they always deal with casual. I have already reported to MR. Raman Kumar service engineer ([protected]) he is a bad service provider person for customer satisfaction.

                                    I have also some issues for horn it’s also still persist after many visited at Shiva Motor at Meet Nagar(Ashok Nagar) Delhi.

                                    Kindly support me for customer satisfaction.
