Yamaha Motor India — Fake promise | Not responding | Cheated in Fuel

Hello Tram,
Today my brother was purchase an new vehicle in coimbatore CAG Enterprise Yamaha showroom (Ganapathy), While purchase the yamaha executive promised that we will fill the fuel upto 3liters once you will get delivery time of vehicle. So today was the delivery 17-July-2023 while taking the vehicle deliver my brother asked the fuel is showing very low you guys are told that filling the fuel on delivery but now it showing low fuel so what i can do now like that, Again yamaha executive explain that sir in fuel tube 700ml of fuel will be there and we rome to RTO office in same fuel and remaining 2liter fuel is available in tank so it will run around 120kms so dont worry you can take the vehicle like that those executive are explained.

But what happen is while taking deliver the km is 33. The fuel is drained at the km of 35 in middle of the road at 10.30 with his family untill 11 clock here tried to reach the Yamaha executive is not responding and he rejecting the more that 3 times when i was suppose need an help.

And i need an answer in case any thing happen to my brother family on mid night time how is responsible.

And why those yamaha executive not advice to my brother to fill the fuel after the delivery.

I dont no how Yamaha is training there staff

I need here proper justification for there promised words.
