Actually few months back I bought a yamaha mt 15 but last time i gaven a service and after then I paid service charge and taken my bike but After 3months my bike suddenly engine problem it's like that engine sound immediately I'm going in ur service check it engine it's a engine problem (rs25 thousand s) he will saying I'm asking engine service and warranty ...
Soo plzz consider my problem I request u sir plz conclusion

      I had brought my bike on October 2023, and only used for 8200km, around 1 month back while riding suddenly my bike break failed. when i took to service center, they told motor failed, and new one cost 14000. To begin with its less than 3 years old and very less used. once i faced this issue, i found several others complaint about the same fault of Yamaha bikes. I strongly feel it as a manufacture defect, and they escape with the reasons of oil not chnaged, not serviced on time etc.

      I kindly request this motor to be repaied or replaced at the cost of company, as at very short period of time the motor has failed.

        Today my brother was purchase an new vehicle in coimbatore CAG Enterprise Yamaha showroom (Ganapathy), While purchase the yamaha executive promised that we will fill the fuel upto 3liters once you will get delivery time of vehicle. So today was the delivery 17-July-2023 while taking the vehicle deliver my brother asked the fuel is showing very low you guys are told that filling the fuel on delivery but now it showing low...

        Hi team,

        I purchased a oil seal from nina motors, churulicode, pathanamthitta worth Rs 700. After a hour of purchase when I tried to return and asked the refund they are saying that they don't have the return policy and cannot do that. If there was no return policy they should have mentioned it in the invoice and I couldn't find it even.

        I need my hard earned money back and will find a consumer complaint if I didn't got the response.

          Hi Team,

          I have purchased a oil seal ( costed around 697.99 to be exact as on bill) from Yamaha motors dealer Ninan motors Churulikode in Pathanamthitta district.But when I tried to return it after an hour they are saying that they can't accept the return and it's their company policy.But i couldn't find that policy mentioned in the bill either.

          Somehow I need the refund as RS700 and they have to accept the return.If they can't do so I am ready to complaint in consumer court either .

            Iam writing this message in frustrated condition, I trust on Yamaha and bought FZV3 model but within 3 months my battery is getting discharged frequently ..I have to visit showroom once every two months to report the battery issue . This is really awkward Iam pushing my vehicle down the road and starting it and driving the bike from my location to showroom and everytime

            battery is getting re-charged during the travel time to the showroom and every time they charge it and give it back to me.

            On 15th April i strongly suggested to change the battery and give it back but they

            returned it back stating it was in good condition . Since yesterday Iam experiencing this issue and again I can't behind showroom every time .Its really frustrating me .

            Within 1 year iam getting this much issue mean iam getting afaraid what will happen to my bike during rainy season in chennai, do i need to push it down the road or need to tow the bike everytime ??

            Its Yamaha responsibility to fix the issue and need to take action on this case .

              Fzx bike battery problem observed I purchased my bike at 09.06.2022 soon after 10 months my bike battery drained and I approach to service center authorised Yamaha service center sb motors at thirumazaisu at April 23 nd 2023 and they send told my battery is checked and told battery is good no issue at battery the main problem is Bluetooth connect only the told to remove Bluetooth I do that and they charged my battery and naxt 40 days no issues after they 26.06.2023 I do my 5 th service at sb motors soona after day 27.06.2023 again battery drain problem and my bike not starting again I contacted the sb motors and they suggested to Sri motors at kattupakkam and I visited to Sri motors at kattupakkam and Sri motors persons checked my bike 2 days my bike holding at service centre and next day they told the problem is battery please change the battery now... Both the service centers are authorised at Yamaha only but totally different sb motors told battery is good but Bluetooth connect only problem but Sri motors told Battery is dead and also they told not replaced warrenty of battery also... Tomorrow I will replace my new battery but still I never trust Yamaha service because I faced last 3 months battery problem.. I need permanent solution for this...

                I have been reaching out to the showroom center for my yamha fz v4.0 number plate
                But there are no action to get number plate need to complete again the number plate service
                I have been charged by trafic police for 600
                Once need my all necessary parts of bike as soon as possible.

                  Gud evening I am praveen prasanan, These is my 3rd time i am sending the mail my bike registration number is KL 33 N 8951 R15 V3, previous month I given my bike to lovely motors thengana changanassery due to an engine noise problm after two weeks I follow up about my bike and they are saying that they given my bike to George maijo yamaha Kottayam showroom for repairing as they can't solve the issue in changanassery.

                  Purchased aerox 155 on[protected], as the looks of this sccoter is superb. But after first day of ride i had observed that the rear shock absorbers are too stiff and unable to absorb any impact arises out of road potholes & bumps. So i have e-mailed my issues to yamaha and also visited the service centre. The service manager of ravinder yamaha guwahati told me that the issue is very common and also received a lot of complaints from various customer & also there is no solution for that. Then i had called yamaha service many times and also emailed the problems but yamaha is acting like deaf and dumb. Rs. 1, 70, 000/- is sucessfully wasted.

                    I bought Yamaha FZS FI V3.0 in 2019 . In these 4 years I have only driven under 12500 KMs. Surprisingly the ABS has stopped functioning. I cannot apply the front brake anymore in my vehicle.
                    As per the Service Centre I have missed the recommended periodic service interval of 3 months and hence the extended warranty is not valid!!!
                    I have been getting my vehicle regularly serviced between 1500 and 2000 KMs, and not necessarily every 3 months, since the onset of COVID-19. The vehicle is well maintained. In fact, exactly 3 months ago I got the last service done. There was no indication of any ABS problem then, nor did the Service Advisor could detect any malfunction. After the last service the problem with the front brakes developed recently, and here I am not able to claim the warranty though the vehicle has been maintained reasonably beyond doubt!
                    First of all it is shocking that such an important part can become defective relatively this soon and on top of it to deny the Warranty it is even more disappointing.
                    I regret my decision to have bought this vehicle. I had presumed this would serve me well for many years.
                    Other prospective buyers, please think twice before spending so much money on this bike. It is a lot of hype!
                    I would have certainly liked Yamaha Motor to own up the issue for genuine customers. Feel really cheated!

                      Purchased Yamaha FZ FI V3 on[protected]. Today is[protected], almost been one month, I have received no documents nothing. No GST bill received, insurance is still not processed, RTO registration process is still not started i.e. Bike is still without number after one month of delivery and showroom people still not taking seriously and starting the process.

                      As per my knowledge, 1 month time is highly not acceptable to receive new bike documents and number. Very Pathetic service.

                          I'm Dinesh as I'm working in a Banking sector,
                          I have booked yamaha Mt15 in season motors -Sungam head showroom, The sales officer -Reni Babu (Season Motors, 1636, Trichy Rd, Sungam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641018)

                          Used unparliamentary words on me, So I have transferred my Booking to showroom season motors in Sundarapuram, Even though I have done with full payment for bike . They didn't delivered the Bike on promised Date, And also on the delivery day only they were saying that the bike have not yet registered, and also not applied for Insurance and they said they will register the bike in rto and also will provide the Insurance,

                          Even after 20 days were gone they were not yet registered my Bike in RTO, and also not applied for Insurance,

                          Is this is the service excellent service can provided by #Seasonsmotors .

                          If they can't even able to register a bike with insurance why they were selling bikes .. ?

                            I am a customer of dankuni automart showroom of yamaha purchased my bike and has been doing all the services from there on timely basis . My bike part-starting motor is not working . I aksed them for warranty they are making excuses since my last service that is from 1.5months, i am going and calling on a regular basis for replacement of the product they are not responding. Saying the staff is on leave or product has not yet reached the showroom or product is reached but the person who will claim warron my behalf is on leave since 1.5 months . Worst ever service received from yamaha. I will make a GD to nearby police station and claim damages for my harassment.

                                Hi Team,
                                I have done servicing of my Yamaha Ray Zr 125 today (03/06/2023) at SR Motors, 956, Kalikapur, Kolkata . The problem is the supervisor is least bothered about the service quality. The scooter was not even cleaned properly and when I asked the reason, he denied the fact. He started arguing with me and defended that the service was done properly whereas I can see the dust stains and mud across the vehicle.
                                The cleaning is the only thing visible about the service quality, rest parts and all, we depend on the supervisor who will look into my vehicle servicing.
                                I had even bought an AMC for Rs 1300 from them today (AMC ref no: M[protected]. This is not the first time I faced the issue, in my previous servicing also I faced the same issue. Now the kind of service I see, I want a refund of the entire amount. I will get much better service from a roadside mechanic. Please check my service history and you can find that I have serviced the vehicle regularly in authorized service centers only.
                                I have attached the relevant documents
                                I hope to get a proper resolution to my issue. Counting on Yes Yamaha Brand.

                                  I have a Yamaha mt15 bike and is regularly facing battery drain issues after studies it was found out that it was all due to Bluetooth device of Yamaha. I am requesting free replacement of this faulty equipment. Also I am going forward with a complaint in consumer court if not taken necessary actions. The service centre will forced me to remove the equipment, but i paid a lot more just for this Bluetooth connectivity. And if this is the only way, I want the money back that I spend for this device while buying the bike.

                                    It is distressed to note that being a yamaha Fan and writing this mail to cancel my booking of yamaha MT 15 v2.0 comfortline after waiting for the bike delivery for more than 45 days inspite of several calls to dealer. i din't get a proper response from them all i got to hear from them is all cooked up stories and must appreciate them for keeping me away by their talent for so long. ###, infact i even got a call saying that bike will be delivered by 20th of may but when i go there to enquire about the bike with full excitement inspite of my busy schedule there was no proper response and again they are telling all the cooked up stories and then starts another story from the dealer side saying that vehicle truck has not arrived, if this is the case then why was it necessary to call and confirm that bike will be delivered on 20th of may and then reconfirmed date on 25th may.prior to these i had already raised complaints about the date of delivery. if you can't deliver don't commit.if this happens to continue then i am really worried what is going to be the yamaha future in india.

                                    NOTE:
                                    1. gave me a false promise while booking the vehicle that the vehicle will be delivered by 15th may to 20th of may .

                                    2. when i visited the showroom on 15th of may they are telling only 5 vehicles came and their next billing date is 22nd of may.

                                    3. i asked for the next confirmed delivery date they said 25th of may but now if i visit the showroom they are telling there is delay in truck arrival and will take another 10 days to deliver the vehicle.

                                    4. even now they are not assuring the arrival of vehicle i am not sure how the service of vehicle will be because for the delivery of vehicle is itself is in this condition.

                                    5. instead of waiting for 45 days as promised by dealer this is the situation and not sure how the future of yamaha vehicle will be in india if this is the condition.
