    Hi Team,
    I have done servicing of my Yamaha Ray Zr 125 today (03/06/2023) at SR Motors, 956, Kalikapur, Kolkata . The problem is the supervisor is least bothered about the service quality. The scooter was not even cleaned properly and when I asked the reason, he denied the fact. He started arguing with me and defended that the service was done properly whereas I can see the dust stains and mud across the vehicle.
    The cleaning is the only thing visible about the service quality, rest parts and all, we depend on the supervisor who will look into my vehicle servicing.
    I had even bought an AMC for Rs 1300 from them today (AMC ref no: M[protected]. This is not the first time I faced the issue, in my previous servicing also I faced the same issue. Now the kind of service I see, I want a refund of the entire amount. I will get much better service from a roadside mechanic. Please check my service history and you can find that I have serviced the vehicle regularly in authorized service centers only.
    I have attached the relevant documents
    I hope to get a proper resolution to my issue. Counting on Yes Yamaha Brand.

      I have a Yamaha mt15 bike and is regularly facing battery drain issues after studies it was found out that it was all due to Bluetooth device of Yamaha. I am requesting free replacement of this faulty equipment. Also I am going forward with a complaint in consumer court if not taken necessary actions. The service centre will forced me to remove the equipment, but i paid a lot more just for this Bluetooth connectivity. And if this is the only way, I want the money back that I spend for this device while buying the bike.

        It is distressed to note that being a yamaha Fan and writing this mail to cancel my booking of yamaha MT 15 v2.0 comfortline after waiting for the bike delivery for more than 45 days inspite of several calls to dealer. i din't get a proper response from them all i got to hear from them is all cooked up stories and must appreciate them for keeping me away by their talent for so long. ###, infact i even got a call saying that bike will be delivered by 20th of may but when i go there to enquire about the bike with full excitement inspite of my busy schedule there was no proper response and again they are telling all the cooked up stories and then starts another story from the dealer side saying that vehicle truck has not arrived, if this is the case then why was it necessary to call and confirm that bike will be delivered on 20th of may and then reconfirmed date on 25th may.prior to these i had already raised complaints about the date of delivery. if you can't deliver don't commit.if this happens to continue then i am really worried what is going to be the yamaha future in india.

        NOTE:
        1. gave me a false promise while booking the vehicle that the vehicle will be delivered by 15th may to 20th of may .

        2. when i visited the showroom on 15th of may they are telling only 5 vehicles came and their next billing date is 22nd of may.

        3. i asked for the next confirmed delivery date they said 25th of may but now if i visit the showroom they are telling there is delay in truck arrival and will take another 10 days to deliver the vehicle.

        4. even now they are not assuring the arrival of vehicle i am not sure how the service of vehicle will be because for the delivery of vehicle is itself is in this condition.

        5. instead of waiting for 45 days as promised by dealer this is the situation and not sure how the future of yamaha vehicle will be in india if this is the condition.

          Hi Team,

          I have purchased a Yamaha FZS V3 in 2019. I have been facing brake failure issues for the past 6 months. When I checked with an authorized yamaha service center in Hosur, they said ABS motor failed. They are saying it will cost 14 k for replacement. When it is a manufacturer defect, the company should be responsible for this issue.

          I am another frustrated customer who is facing a similar problem with my 2019 model. I have done under 12500 KMs in the last 4 years. The vehicle has been serviced in reasonably periodic intervals[protected] KMs, though not necessarily every 3 months as prescribed. With the onset of Covid it was not practical to get the bike service done at the prescribed intervals. Though I had purchased an Extended Warranty and it is still active, I am told that I cannot claim because my service record is not as per their recommendation!
          First of all, it is shocking to have some an important part of the vehicle fail in such a short time, with such less usage. On top of it the warranty being denied feels like I have been completely cheated.
          I regret my decision to have bought this bike. It seems more hype than anything.

            I have already given the scotter to avaran bike house irinjalakuda.till now they havent solved the issue after taking the bike for 15 days not only they didnt solve the issue and also now there is engine indication is showing .
            Service is very bad from u r side and also no response from your end

                My chain got automatically removed while driving. It’s a new bike and I just had 4th service from service center.
                The bike got removed and I dragged it home and called RSA person to fix it but post fixing the bike never moved and was toed to service center.
                They told that the crank is broken with some bearings and since 1st April my bike is in service center. Nothing has been done as service center says that we don’t have parts and they are back ordering it since it and talk to company. Already escalated to yamaha multiple times but still no success.

                  Dear team,

                  I bought a new fascino scooter in September last year. Since then the engine light was on when I asked the dealer about it they said it would be fixed on the first service and then they fixed it on the first service.
                  Then in December the engine light came on, I went to Yamaha service center and they said it might be dust on the FI sensor, get it fixed, give me an engine test report and bring it back if this problem occurs again. Same problem again last week took it to service center and they fixed the problem again. Same problem again.
                  I am really depression for bought this yamaha fascino scooter.
                  Please take necessary action to give permenent solution if not possible replace the vehicle.
                  I enclosed test report and current error image.
                  Many times visited delear regarding engine issue the simply reset error and give stupid example. They did not finding the actual problem.

                      Hi,

                      I am Ranjith from Sivaganga, Tamil Nadu. I have purchased Yamaha FZ V3 in Dec 2023. last months I am facing brake failure issue . So I gave my bike for service to the authorised dealer from where I purchased my bike .When i checked with my dealer, they said ABS motor failed . While asking them the root cause, they said it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle and also most of the fz v3 users are facing this issue .Since most of the users of fz V3 facing this issue - can it be ignored ? Also they are saying it will cost 14 k for replacement. When it is a manufacturer defect why i need to pay it for replacement? Brake failure is a serious issue where people life is but to risk and it occurred randomly which is a threat for consumers life . Please look into this and replace my ABS motor ASAP for free since it was not our fault.

                        Hi am from kerala, malappuram.here i come for registering a complaint about my worst experience in my nearest city showroom.maybe this complaint is silly for you but not for the ones who respect yamaha that much.

                        The problem is iam living in kondotty and there is a yamaha showroom, and whenever i needed a spare parts urgently i went there and ask them.and when i ask them, they immediately ask me whether i repair my bike from here or somwhere elese.if i say from thier showroom they will say there stock and u pay.and if i say from another shop they will say there is no stock here and go for the next showroom which is far away from my city.isn't that a manner? I dont think so... Spare parts shop should keeo the limited stock isn't...? I hope u understood.. And also hope you will warb about this

                          I have purchased a Yamaha FZX bike on 28th September 2021 from Serang Motors (Sree Vigneswara), Thoppumpady, Kochi, Kerala. But its DRL head light found not working from 25th March 2023. I have consulted/visited the Service center many times to resolve the issue. But they rejected my request by telling silly excuses. I visited Service center at Kundannoor (Peringhat Yamaha) to address the issue. They send me again to Serang Motors (Sree Vigneswara) to get it service/replace under warranty.
                          But they spoke to me very rudely and rejected my request.

                          Expecting a fast remedy for my issue and need to resolve the problem.

                              Within two months of purchase of my yamaha fz bs6, the air started leaking between rim and tyre. I got the tyre replaced after that from MRF. Now after 1 month again same issue is happening. Now with the help of mechanic, i re-fitted the tyre again for 2 times. After fitting again, each time it will work fine for 2 weeks. Then the leakage starts again. Please help in this regard.

                                I have yamaha fasinho and the engine oil is burning out and also have black smoke coming from silencer.addition to that it has starting promblem and sometimes it will stop while riding.when i went for free service they are taking cash bybthe dealer.

                                  Bike Purchase Date:[protected] from the dealer Sri Motors Ashok Pillar, Chennai.
                                  Since my bike had a starting problem Bike was given for service on[protected] at Sri Motors Authorized dealer of Yamaha.
                                  First service engineer checked my bike and said that its a twoway switch issue and it can be solved within 2K and can be deliver in 2days.
                                  Within another 15minutes another service engineer interrupted the first onw and said that it could be assumed as an engine issue therefore he need to recheck my bike and will inform the cost for the same in 2 days. After 2 days since there was no information from them i made a call to the second service engineer (Vinoth) and asked him about my bikes condition.
                                  After my call on 20-Mar he said that he is still checking my bike, due to year end it may take little more time since service engineers are not available in March Month.
                                  On 23-Mar i received a call from the dealer office number and was told that there is an engine issue so that i need to pay 10K as advance inorder to check and find out the issue itself.
                                  Again i was calling many times to check if they had found out the issue in my bike?
                                  After that i met another service man Mani he gave his personal number and asked me to follow up within further on. Then i again followed up many times with Mani on his number [protected] inorder to check the status of my bike. He said that my engine parts are having problem there he need to replace 2 parts which will be coming from Delhi Head Office and it will cost me 30-35k at that i requested them to get me discount since it is a very huge amount for a new bike of 2yrs old. He then reduced the amount to 30K through AMC. so i asked him to start the job. I waited for 1 week and there was no response from them.
                                  Finally he called on 3 May and said the bike ready but the amount is 51K. it was a shock of my life there no information from then inbetween about the increase of price and changing my engine case itself and many other parts which i was not informed in prior and did on his own choice.
                                  i was upset about the way a customer was handled and its put me under great pressure and agnoy. Not having received my bike till today. Without using my bike for 2months i am paying my bike emi's
                                  I went directly on 04-May and asked him details. there was no proper answers and the job card was empty. no pre service check list was filled. I was totally doomed. Therefore now i feel that since there was no calls from the service station regarding the change of parts and the job card was not filled. I think my bike doesn't have any issues it was all cooked up stories to cheat and rob money from me. I strongly believed in yamaha service and i have owned 3 bikes previously R15-V1 FZ-V1 FZ-s and i am a yamaha bike lover. now due to this issue i need to rethink suggesting the brand to any of my friends or family. Looking for an amicable reply from Yamaha India.

                                    Very very bad experience and disappointment
                                    In the showroom they fitted unfit bumper for my bike and I addressed the issue to them at first they refused it and then they accepted the error and they promised that they will replace the bumper But they said it's out of stock. 2 months I followed the authorised service dealer, never got proper response at sometimes they never picked up the phone and if they pick also they ask many excuses like bumper out of stock and they cut the call.
                                    After 2 months I brought into notice to Yamaha customer service India they said they will sort out this issue, 2 times I reached Yamaha customer service India, no proper response or quick action from them, even last week I went to Authorized service dealer and there is stock but without fitting they said it doesn't suits this bike it may break your bike parts something blah blah... so again the rhymes "Out of Stock"
                                    Even I contacted mohan Raj the showroom manager and selvi the sales person, whatever we ask they say bumper out of stock.
                                    Mostly they never picks the phone.
                                    No response from authorised dealer and Yamaha motor India
                                    The bumper contact with front mudguard and gets deep scars, if this follows sure the mudguard would broke

                                    It's been 3 months for this issue
                                    Totally fed up and tired in following up these activities
                                    My doubt is there months they said bumper out of stock then what they will do for new customers who buys bike
                                    Will they never fit an bumper and they deliver?
                                    Very very very utter worst customer service from Yamaha customer service India.
                                    I don't know further my complaint would be sorted out or not
                                    3 months waiting for this bumper issue.

                                      No response from authorised dealer and Yamaha motor India
                                      It's been 3 months for this issue
                                      Totally fed up and tired in following up these activities
                                      Very very very utter worst customer service from Yamaha customer service India.
                                      I don't know further my complaint would be sorted out or not
                                      3 months waiting for this bumper issue.
                                      Utter waste of customer service from Yamaha authorised service dealer and Yamaha customer service India
                                      Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dealer Name:- MG Two wheelers Kalpakkam,

                                        My Two wheeler Yamaha MT15 Version 2 given Second service and Ignition key struck and Display blank out as on 25.04.2023.

                                        Still there is no response from Service team whenever i was called to them very poor response and very rugged.
                                        Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
