Hi Team,
I have done servicing of my Yamaha Ray Zr 125 today (03/06/2023) at SR Motors, 956, Kalikapur, Kolkata . The problem is the supervisor is least bothered about the service quality. The scooter was not even cleaned properly and when I asked the reason, he denied the fact. He started arguing with me and defended that the service was done properly whereas I can see the dust stains and mud across the vehicle.
The cleaning is the only thing visible about the service quality, rest parts and all, we depend on the supervisor who will look into my vehicle servicing.
I had even bought an AMC for Rs 1300 from them today (AMC ref no: M[protected]. This is not the first time I faced the issue, in my previous servicing also I faced the same issue. Now the kind of service I see, I want a refund of the entire amount. I will get much better service from a roadside mechanic. Please check my service history and you can find that I have serviced the vehicle regularly in authorized service centers only.

I hope to get a proper resolution to my issue. Counting on Yes Yamaha Brand.

Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
First of all, it is shocking to have some an important part of the vehicle fail in such a short time, with such less usage. On top of it the warranty being denied feels like I have been completely cheated.
I regret my decision to have bought this bike. It seems more hype than anything.
