Yamaha Motor India — Fascino Bluetooth Connectivity Issue

Address:E 81 Harkesh Nagar Okhla Industrial Estate Phase 2 New Delhi

Am trying to connect my bike Bluetooth device to mobile after logging in to Yamaha connect X application it's asking chassis number after that scanning qr code is says Bluetooth device not found, please check this issue and revert as soon as possible.
