Vehicle Passing not done

I have purchased bike from Shelar Yamaha showroom wakdewadi on 12 Nov 2023... Till time bike passing not done. Number plate not generated.
Kindly look into this otherwise I will file complaint against Yamaha motors and showroom.

Repairing issue at service centre

Address: 3519, timber market, ambala cantt, haryana-133001

The engine of Fascino Two Wheeler with no. HR01AN 1485 was repaired by G.V Motors on 18.01.2024. For which 14134/- rupees have been paid, but till now the fascino has gone to G.V motors service center for six times, G.V motors do not repair properly it and employees of G.V Motors say that fascino will be run properly run in the next service. If the vehicle is not running properly by paying 14134/- rupees, then next time also it will be fraud...

Hi im rajkumar from coimbatore.Very worst experience for service team.2021 dec month i bought yamaha ZR vehicle. Day after and till now so many complaints and resolved. Free service and paid services are same poor service. Im very upset for this taken for this showroom.so many times i report to team.till now yesterday i have left my vehicle for service 3particular mentioned problems. He's Delivery yesterday evn.but both problems are not solved....

Fascino Bluetooth Connectivity Issue

Am trying to connect my bike Bluetooth device to mobile after logging in to Yamaha connect X application it's asking chassis number after that scanning qr code is says Bluetooth device not found, please check this issue and revert as soon as possible.

    Regarding Service Related

    I have a Yamaha R15v4 bike and is regularly facing battery drain issues after studies it was found out that it was all due to Bluetooth device of Yamaha. I am requesting fast recall of all yamaha R15v4 and free replacement of this faulty equipment. Also I am going forward with a complaint in consumer court. The service centre will force you to remove the equipment, but remember you paid a lot more just for this Bluetooth connectivity

          Calls answered 2-3
          Issue : flooded till footmat. Kick starts but self start not. Getting Er-1.
          Resolution: got it back without service and myself checked the fuse and it fixed the issue.
          Do let me know if any further details need.

            To whom it may concern,

            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Yamaha after my bike was damaged in the Chennai flood. I bought my bike from your authorized dealer (Sun Motors Arumbakkam) in Chennai on 09th September 2023, and I have a valid insurance policy for it.

            On 04th December 2023, my bike was submerged in water due to the heavy rain and flood. I tried to contact your customer service number several times, but I could not get through. I was in a hurry to reach my destination, so I had no choice but to take my bike to a nearby mechanic and change the oil myself to make it run.

            On 11th December 2023, I finally managed to reach your service center in Chennai and requested them to check and fix the other issues caused by the flood. However, they told me that those issues were covered by the insurance and that I had to pay for them out of my pocket. They also said that changing the oil myself had voided the warranty and that I was responsible for any further damage.

            I find this unacceptable and unfair. I followed the instructions given in the owner's manual and did not tamper with any other part of the bike. I only changed the oil because your customer service was unreachable, and I had an emergency. I do not understand why I have to pay for the repairs that are supposed to be covered by the insurance.

            I request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I expect you to reimburse me for the oil change and cover the cost of the repairs under the insurance policy.
