    This incident occurred I had taken my bike(R15M) to Anant Automobile Dealership & Service Centre required after 1000km or 30 days, on 13/04/24 for the first mandatory/complimentary service, which had only been driven for approximately 400 kilometres. I believed that the service required at this stage, did not necessitate an oil(Mobil) change until the motorcycle reaches around 900-1000 kilometres. On reaching the service centre, a male service staff member insisted that an oil change was mandatory and demanded an additional payment for it, when I expressed my decision to decline the premature oil change, as i felt it was unnecessary and not recommended by the manufacturer guidelines, the staff member escalated the situation.

    He became rude and adamantly stated that without this change, he would not proceed with the complimentary service, falsely claiming that the warranty would be invalidated by him and the service booklet would not be stamped any further. Upon further refusal, the staff member became increasingly rude, raised his voice, and declared that they would no more accept the bike for servicing nor care about the potential consequences for me as a customer. When I told him this was not the way to speak, he proceeded to terminate the call.

    When I called back, a female staff member answered. Despite explaining her the situation and emphasizing the need for an apology due to the inappropriate behaviour, the male staff member did not get on the call. When I told her that I would proceed to lodge a formal complaint with Yamaha’s higher officials and asked for the involved male staff’s name and even the owner’s name, she refused to provide any details. I had mailed the same issue to Yamaha's provided email: [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com, but did not receive any response.

    On 15/04/24, I called up the customer care and spoke with one of the staff about the misconduct and he informed me that the Mobil (engine oil) change was done in all the services mentioned in the book, irrespective of the distance the bike had run. I still feel that this is not right as it should depend on how much distance the bike has run. Regardless, I agreed and explained to him that if this was the case then the service centre staff could have explained me the same on the call by clearing out the confusion I had, but instead he chose to speak rudely and threaten to cancel the warranty and not do anything with the bike. He informed me that the issue would be routed to the team in concern and they would let me know what action would be taken.

    After the talk with customer care, I got a call from Anant Automobile Dealership and Service Centre, telling me sorry and asking to send the bike for service. I told the staff if the responsible person had just explained the situation to me and not misbehaved then it would not have come to this, and he just kept saying sorry and please forget about what happened and come for the service. I asked if it was him who had misbehaved and he said NO; so I told him if it was not him who had misbehaved then why was he apologising and asked him to name the staff who spoke rudely.

    And guess what, he hung up the call. What is this behaviour, are we customers a joke to these people? I called him back and this time a staff named “Deepak” from the spare parts department picked up the call. I asked him what was the behaviour of their staff on hanging up the call midway. And again he said, I asked him who spoke to me on the 13th of April, 2024, he initially said he didn’t know, but later informed that it was someone named “Manjit Kumar Maurya”. I told him to be honest or if not, this matter would only escalate. He said he didn’t know him well but it was him and asked me to come for the service.

    To this date, I have not received any update or help from Yamaha's Customer care on this issue, but instead got multiple calls from Yamaha's service centre to give the bike for service. I have had the bike serviced but now no one is ready to take responsibility for the incident or even address it. I want an action taken for this behaviour as i will have to visit the service centre in the future as well for any service requirements, and if this is the behaviour of their staff, I would prefer to just return the bike and get this over with.

      There are no proper spare parts and my spare parts like gear cable, brake cable and choke cables i have communicated them for 1 to 2 months and also explain to you...

      I am writing to you with a heavy heart regarding the numerous issues I have encountered with my recently purchased R15 V4 bike, which has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of your product and service.

      I purchased a brand new R15 V4 bike from your esteemed showroom on February 16th, 2024, from KS Bikers Maraimalai Nagar with high hopes and expectations of experiencing the renowned quality and performance associated with Yamaha. However, my experience thus far has been marred by recurring mechanical issues that have significantly impacted my enjoyment and confidence in the product.

      Within a mere 500 kilometers o[censored]sage, the engine of the bike began making alarming noises, prompting me to visit your showroom on March 13th, seeking resolution for this concerning issue. Despite leaving the bike for repairs, the problem persisted, with the engine noise worsening after the initial attempt at rectification.

      Following subsequent visits to your service center (Vardhaman Motors Guduvancherry) on March 14th and March 21st, it became evident that the issues extended beyond mere adjustment problems, as the self-start functionality also began malfunctioning despite the assurance of your technicians that all wiring and components were in perfect condition.

      Despite multiple attempts at rectification, the root cause of these persistent issues remains unresolved, leaving me with a sense of frustration and disillusionment. I have diligently provided written and video evidence of these problems, yet the lack of a definitive solution or acknowledgment of responsibility on Yamaha's part is deeply concerning.

      Considering the significant inconvenience and disruption these ongoing issues have caused to my daily routine and overall riding experience, I must insist on a prompt resolution to this matter. Therefore, I kindly request either a replacement of the defective bike with a new unit that meets the expected standards of quality and performance, or a full refund in accordance with consumer rights and warranty provisions.

      I trust that Yamaha, as a reputable and customer-centric company, will prioritize the satisfaction and loyalty of its valued customers. I look forward to your swift response and resolution to this matter, as my continued patronage and confidence in the Yamaha brand depend on it.

        I purchased the Bike in October and the TFT meter has gone bad the service centre has replaced the meter and the sensor and the ABS plate with new one but the problem still remains so the have put back the original one and suspect the wiring but dont know when the wiring will be available its hardly 5 months old bike and the problems have started with the bike and there is no response from the Dealer as well as the Service center nor the call center accept to visit service center where they dont know what is the next step to resolve the issue i suspect the bike had a manufacturing defect since it has come within 5 months and should be replaced immediately

        There is no response the Yamaha Service Centre has responded that they dont have Wiring Harnes the complaint is logged over 2 Months now and the Bike is hardly 5 Months old and now the service centre says that its wiring harness issue and they don't have that in stock which will take over 1 month to come this is totally unacceptable that means the bike had a issue since the purchase which has been unresolved since 3 months now
        I havent received any call not any information on the status of the call which is logged from Yamaha nor they are responding to my emails.

          During free 2nd service of my mt15 v2 I got scammed by service centre.
          1. Tank got scratched during opening for cleaning air filter
          2.bolt was missing whose purpose was to hold tank fibre together
          3.tear of tank fibre by screwdriver
          4.indicaotrs were loose and hanging loose
          5.collant was not refill
          6. Low quality of mobil was used
          7. Seat is not fitting and locking properly
          8. Additional charge and labour charge was imposed which is completely free service centre just charged it

                    Problem statement - Headlight switch malfunction (Headlamp not getting switch OFF)

                    It's not even one month since I have purchased this bike and I am REGRETTING my decision to the point that I am trying to re-sell it and creating an awareness for everyone "Beware purchasing FZ-X model of Yamaha bike"

                    Within one week of purchase the headlight switch malfunctioned (Headlamp auto ON upon ignition start, no control with headlight switch. please note, I am talking about Headlamp NOT DRL).

                    After three visits, finally on 19/02/2024 the service center acknowledged the fault in the Headlight, and me to call on 26/02/2024 to get status of approval, and since then I am running from pillar to post, to get an update. The cost of the headlight is 18000/- so think twice before purchasing.

                          The engine of Fascino Two Wheeler with no. HR01AN 1485 was repaired by G.V Motors on 18.01.2024. For which 14134/- rupees have been paid, but till now the fascino has gone to G.V motors service center for six times, G.V motors do not repair properly it and employees of G.V Motors say that fascino will be run properly run in the next service. If the vehicle is not running properly by paying 14134/- rupees, then next time also it will be fraud with us on the name of service. It's just to harass and swindle money. If mechanics do not know the work, so why are you keeping them? Manager Mr. Rana says then bring the two wheeler. But the repairman does not know the job. Let my money be returned please.

                            Hi im rajkumar from coimbatore.Very worst experience for service team.2021 dec month i bought yamaha ZR vehicle. Day after and till now so many complaints and resolved. Free service and paid services are same poor service. Im very upset for this taken for this showroom.so many times i report to team.till now yesterday i have left my vehicle for service 3particular mentioned problems.                               Fascino Bluetooth Connectivity Issue

                              Address: E 81 Harkesh Nagar Okhla Industrial Estate Phase 2 New Delhi

                              Am trying to connect my bike Bluetooth device to mobile after logging in to Yamaha connect X application it's asking chassis number after that scanning qr code is says Bluetooth device not found, please check this issue and revert as soon as possible.
