Hi As per your instruction, i handover my bike to yamaha showroom (S s motors) on 20.12.2017, Again they changed the spares like relayer and returned my bike on 23.12.2017. Yet i am facing the same issue and still my bike is in trouble. Till date i spend my money approx rs 10000 but result seems nothing. Due to this my daily activities getting affected and it leads to more fatigue. I am totally dissatisfied with yamaha brand. Tell me how you going to solve my issue?, how you will bare this issue?. Complaint number is IC-34134-F8J7 : Yamaha India, is very irresponsible. Even after sharing all the possible details, you are not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle baught in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now that you guys are not receiving my call, not replying to my emails. I have to take strict action against you. Thanks for wasting my money. Good Luck to your brand image. I'll try and share this as much as possible.
