Nature of complaint I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. At the time of purchase of the two wheeler, i asked for the warranty card of the battery. But the dealer didnot handover the guarantee card, saying that the card is pasted on the battery. After 4 months the battery was discharged and i got it recharged. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-. After 6 days the problem again started and I again rush to the service center. This time the engineer, after careful study of the bike and battery, agreed to that the battery is faulty and replaced the same . Why should I pay for the faulty battery recharge ? it is the duty of the company and dealer to replace/repair faulty parts during the warranty period without any cost. In view of the above, the dealer may be advised to refund the amount charged on account of "battery recharge".

Updated by rmgaikwad98 My complaint regarding charges levied by the dealer for faulty battery charging has been solved and the showroom has refunded me the amount through adjustment in my servicing bill. Thanks for the support. But it takes a long time, and the issue should have been solved in somewhat early time. Thanks once again, hoping better service in future also.
