I am so disappointed from this serving center the name is"yamha showroom and servicing center, lumding, my accident happened 2 month before and i gave my bike at servicing center, after my insurance process they told me we will order the product it will take two months for repair but they didn't not repair and also not giving proper response and service. The behaviour of staff and manager is not good.

Complaint number is IC-34134-F8J7 : Yamaha India, is very irresponsible. Even after sharing all the possible details, you are not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle baught in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now that you guys are not receiving my call, not replying to my emails. I have to take strict action against you. Thanks for wasting my money. Good Luck to your brand image. I'll try and share this as much as possible.

    I have purchased a new r15s bike from sun motors in chennai on august 22 2017.. Right from the first day i was facing some problems in bike. The problem was the temperature indicator was on when i have just travelled 5-6 kilometres hardly. I told this problem on my first service. But the very next day i faced the some problem. Then i went to the service centre again and questioned them "why does it occurs again and what have you done in the first service" for this gave me an answer that "sir, we didn't take it serious and we thought it would be corrected by itself", then they changed the coolant oil. After few days may be around 2 or 3 days i still faced that problem once again and went to service centre once again. Again the replaced the coolant oil. When i questioned them "just few days before you guys did this and why are doing again?" for this they replied that "on that we didn't fill it fully and now we did it" and i had no other choice so i left the place. On december 14 i gave my bike for second service. On time of delivery i was found that there was a big scratch in the side mirror's back side and also in the yamaha plate which has been placed in the silencer. When i questioned the person who delivered me the bike he told me that "i'm just a person from washing unit do not question me"so i left the place. The very next day there was unknown noise came from the rear brake and after ew days from the front brake too. Then i went to the service centre nearly 5-6 times (If you don't believe me then go check the camera footage also) every time after few kilometres i found the same problem ad also a new one that my engine was not smooth. They said it happens in all bike so leave the place. They even asked me to do a test drive in an another bike and fortunately my goodness i didn't feel or hear any unwanted sounds in the test drive bike. At last they told me that "i didn't hear any noise from your bike so you may leave now". With a great disappointment i left the place. Tow days before i found that the battery was dried totally in my bike. Immediately i called the service centre, they told me to start the bike with the help of others and leave it in on for around 1 hour. Again the next morning the battery was dried totally and once i started my bike on the instructions given by them and left it in on for around 45 minutes... Suddenly i found some smoke coming from my bike that to from engine and so i went out and saw. The coolant oil from my bike leaked fully. I still wonder that how the coolant oil was fully leaked. Then i decided to take my bike to the service centre.. But the battery dried once again and i was on the road. I contacted them... They came and took the bike. Now they are telling me that the rr unit has to be replaced and the censors too. And also they told they have no ideas regarding the unwanted noises from front and rea brake. This is how yamaha products be like? Hardly 3 months from the date of purchase and i'm facing problems right from my first day of purchase and the service also so cheap. I want a solution. You guys are responsible for these things. How dare you guys have given me a defective product... This is not fair... How come it supposed to be a need to change the rr units and censors within such short period of time? I demand an explanation and you guys are solely responsible for this. Take back your product and replace me with anew one. I'm not gonna take this one since its having such a lots of problem from the next day of purchase and its totally your staff's mistake as they neglected these problem when i informed them at beginning itself.       Dear yamaha,
      There has been a lot of trouble while getting my rayz repaired from the service station:
      1) spare parts are not available in gwalior. It comes from delhi taking a long time.
      2) it took 40 days to repair engine, crank-axel[protected] to[protected]
      3) your serviceman (Job card no-0153) are not fully-trained. The rayz wasn't able to get repaired even by 3 serviceman. The service centre then gave rs 300 to other third-party to get repaired.
      4) rs 6500 was the cost to get repaired.
      5) there is no calling service response from service centre, even after trying long.
      6) the serviceman misbehaved (Were drunked).
      7) during repairing, some of our parts were missing (Like steal gril carriage, etc and till today it hasn't been given)
      8) after all this, i'm not satisfied with the status of our vehicle.
      Please take the appropriate actions as soon as possible, we trust your service and after all this we are not in a position for a good review.

        I am yashwant tanaji askat from mankhurd mumbai.
        Sir i was purchase bike (Yamaha fz) from your company dealer sakshi motors located at nerul navi mumbai at month of march 2016... But till date bike is not registered... I was contacted to rto agent and he said me registeration amount including penalty is upto 20000... Sir i have not able to pay this amount. Please help me for bike regeneration..

            My name k bharath kumar number [protected].. I made a message via facebook but haven't received a response till date and also tried to call you but your helpline number is temporarily out of service. Ok i claimed for insurance for my bike till then my bike is parked in service center. And before leaving i asked manager should i pay for it? He said no.. And also asked should i pay for estimation bill? He said no again and later on when i said i'll take off my bike he said pay for rent and bill and when i asked him means he said you have to pay and take bike and in the payment bill he mentioned for dismantling and labour charges. I asked him not to open bike untill insurance surveyor come and check in his presence.. He said ok and didn't dismantled it.. But in the bill he billed for dismantling and labour charges what should i do?

              Dear sir/ma'am,

              This is to let you know that i have bought a yamaha saluto rx on 06/12/17 from m/s mishra automobiles located in varanasi.

              I have made the payment through my
              Credit card as i was told by the dealer that they will make a emi on it but it has not been made and now when i complained about it to them then they replied that they cannot help me out.

              Please let me know whether it could be done from your end or i need to go to the consumer court about it.

                I own a fz25 model.. I first serviced my bike from mp motors pune shivaji nagar after the service my tool kit was missing... After that as i took my bike for second service they said that my forks are not alined nd it will cost me 950rs. Then i canceled my service from there nd took my bike to another service center they alined my forks for 250rs... Nd then i realized that they do this with many other customers from their google reviews... As i was new in pune i didn’t realized earlier..

                  I hve used my 4th service today. I have engine start issue but it was not cleared and can someone tell me what does cungmubels means. Service centre people have collected a charge of 50 rs as cungmubels charges. Now they are asking me to come for bike service again on tomorrow or some other day. Am i liable for tat y should i go i need a clarification with in 24hrs. I[censored] cnt provide free service dnt make false statements and false documents. And i hav bought my bike jus 5mnths ago and it is giving me starting trouble as my self start is not working. Good job by yamaha.

                    My name is bhavesh makwana. I put my bike in planet yamaha service center satellite ahmadabad date on 11/11/2017 and change oil seal of my bike right side zumper. Proper solution not done by planet workshop team. I go 3 time for my bike problem but solution not done. Planet workshop team provide me hand written by rinku bill not computer generated bill.. I give send back.. Please.. Please provide and guide me... I will attach pic of my bike leakage of oil at newly changed oil seal.

                      As per your instruction, i handover my bike to yamaha showroom (S s motors) on 20.12.2017,

                      Again they changed the spares like relayer and returned my bike on 23.12.2017.

                      Yet i am facing the same issue and still my bike is in trouble.

                      Till date i spend my money approx rs 10000 but result seems nothing.

                      Due to this my daily activities getting affected and it leads...

                      I have been using my bike r15s for nearly 15 months. But i have faced major issues like speed breakers and poth holes while riding the bike i felt very hard hit during ride. My bro told me to check suspension. As told me i asked the service to check the prbm but they said it was fine. And finally they thought the suspension was the prblm. As i requested to change the suspension they said no stock. Nearly it has gone 3 weeks still no response from them. It is worst experience from the service. Every time i service the bike i arise with new prblm and want change the parts
                      That are defected. Services are very slowly

                          Service not done well, i approach them again but they not solved my complaint. Still my new chain kit not working properly. Very poor service and they answered lethargically.
                          Their answers like local workshop mechanics. Then why i went service for yamaha authorized service center, and for your kind information i bought this bike in this showroom only.

                              I have been using yamaha r15s and it has purchased from duraipakkam showroom, chennai. I have been giving the motor cycle for service at raj yamaha. The complaint is fork, disk brake and engine oils issues were informed but they didn’t resolve the complaint even after two services. They didn’t respond to my request even after many requests made by me. I ever see such a worst customer care from any of other motor cycle companies. Kindly request you to take a measure to resolve the complaint at war footing basis.

                                I have purchased yamaha fz 25 from sakshi yamaha nerul navi mumbai on 16 the october but still they have not done registration till date i have registered a complaint but no response yet. There was a representative sent but he is ignoring my calls. Reputation of sakshi yamaha dealer is so negative where in every second customer has raised a complaint.

                                There is still no response it's been close to 3 months now and no progress at all . Need someone to dealth with this on priority
                                Complaint number is IC-34134-F8J7 : Yamaha India, is very irresponsible. Even after sharing all the possible details, you are not able to provide customer A REGISTERED VEHICLE (RTO Passing). Initially I thought it was Showroom owners fault (i.e. Sakshi motors, Nerul, Navi Mumbai), but I was wrong. Even Yamaha couldn't deliver help to customers complaint. Vehicle baught in September 2017 is still not registered by Yamaha and today is 9th January 2018. Now that you guys are not receiving my call, not replying to my emails. I have to take strict action against you. Thanks for wasting my money. Good Luck to your brand image. I'll try and share this as much as possible.

                                      I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-, which i have paid. Yesterday, i was facing problem in starting the bike. So i visited the service center and reported about the problem. After checking the bike and the battery, the engineer found that the battery was faulty and he replaced the battery. The dealer may be asked to refund me the amount of rs 177/- charged for charging the faulty battery, as it the duty of the dealer to provide me service and replace faulty parts during the warranty period.

                                      Nature of complaint I have purchased fascino on 01/03/2017. At the time of purchase of the two wheeler, i asked for the warranty card of the battery. But the dealer didnot handover the guarantee card, saying that the card is pasted on the battery. After 4 months the battery was discharged and i got it recharged. Now after a period of 9 months, the two wheeler started giving problem while starting with the ignition. I take the bike to the show room and hand over the bike for setting right the problem. The service center charged the battery & stated that the problem is resolved and charged rs 177/-. After 6 days the problem again started and I again rush to the service center. This time the engineer, after careful study of the bike and battery, agreed to that the battery is faulty and replaced the same . Why should I pay for the faulty battery recharge ? it is the duty of the company and dealer to replace/repair faulty parts during the warranty period without any cost. In view of the above, the dealer may be advised to refund the amount charged on account of "battery recharge".

                                      My complaint regarding charges levied by the dealer for faulty battery charging has been solved and the showroom has refunded me the amount through adjustment in my servicing bill. Thanks for the support. But it takes a long time, and the issue should have been solved in somewhat early time. Thanks once again, hoping better service in future also.
                                      Dr. Sir are madam.. I was buy new Scotty name was fascinos but 6month was completed.. But my Scotty was not passing... I contact showroom they was not proper talking us...
