Dear Sir/Madam,
27/07/2021 I registered below complaint in your ID.. still I didn't get the solution for that.. because of your negligence my vehicle is sized from Mangalore police..
This is inform you that I Mrs. Asha W/o Mr. Shekhar Madiwal, had purchased YAMAHA FASCINO on 13.11.2020 from MANGALORE BIKERS. But the showroom was closed down after I had taken the delivery. Now I have not received my SMART CARD(RC) and its been 8 months since I purchased my vehicle.
While I enquired regarding my SMART CARD(RC) in RTO Mangalore Office, they informed that HSRP number plate is not updated from dealer end.I did not receive the number plate as showroom was closed down immediately after I purchased my vehicle form MANGALORE BIKERS.
Now I had requested another Delaler SHARIEF AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD to solve the issue and the Dealer Sales Manager has spoken many times regarding the issue to AREA INCHARGE to allow the them to order for HSRP number plate from their (SHARIEF AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD) end. But there is no prpoer response neither from AREA INCHARGE nor from the company.
We purchase the Vehicle with the trust on the compnay YAMAHA and it does not matter to us if the Dealer Showroom is closed. This shows complete irresponsibility and no proper system in the company. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
