[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Invoice not given after the purchase of Product Fascino | |||
Hello Team, This is Bharath.Chelluri from Andhra Pradesh. Recently I've Purchased Fascino 125 FI vehicle from your Dealer "Venkata Sai Anjana Motors" (Tanuku Mandalam, West Godavari District) on[protected]. Till now I didn't get Invoice from the showroom and after payment completed Satyanarayana (Showroom person) is showing Rude behaviour on us when we are asking for Helmet and Invoice (Helmet price included in Invoice as showroom person mentioned). If I get to know Satyanarayana is cheating on customers, For sure I am going to file a Complaint on Dealer in Police station and also in Consumer Court. Very bad in their part, From now I and my family will campaign to not buy any Yamaha Products in further, because of your faulty dealer. Hope it will be rectified ASAP. Thank you.
