Yamaha Motor India — New FZ X vehicle vibration complaint

Address: SS Bikes, Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, Tamilnadu.

We had bought FZX on 2.12.2021 from the Gobi SS Bikes showroom. It has completed 1000 km now. From the beginning, whenever the bike reaches exactly 65 km/hr it struggles and produces a vibration before it reaches 66 km/hr. We have entrusted the bike mentioning the problem to the dealer on 01.01.2022. I have a friend who uses the same FZX and he does not have any vibration of that sort. The service dealer on 06.01.2022 had replied stating this is not a problem at all and it occurs in all the FZX vehicles at different speeds. Though the FZX uses the same engine as FZS, the dealer explained that the vibration may be caused because FZX has more empty space surrounding the engine compared to FZS. The vehicle is still in the dealership. The explanation is not satisfactory to me. I need the problem to be fixed. They are not taking action to solve the problem. Kindly help us resolve the issue.
