[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — R15 v3 BS6 New bike Engine Noise

I bought a Yamaha V3 Bs6 On September 2020,
i have given my first service on time.
then i driven 2000 Kms after the first service. now i got a strange noise from the engine, so i gave to (JMB Yamaha service center T-nagar)
on 20th November but still i dint get any update from them, when i call them and asked they said yamaha not yet conform your bike problem, its take two days to conform, once we get a conformation from yamaha, then we will proceed this..

but its been 10 days now. i dint get any update from service center side..
i have call and asked yamaha customer also there is no proper response.

is r15 v3 bs6 engine is failure?? why you people are taking long time to respond the issue.? im fed up with service and yamaha.
