Yamaha Motor India — regarding bad & irresponsible behaviour of service staff. | |||
Dear sir, My name is vishal kumar. I am from gaya (Bihar). I had purchased a r15 bike from parvati automobiles pvt. Ltd. Sir, my issue is regarding the service provided by the service centre. They charge heavy amount of rs. 600 as service charge of the bike. Instead they are not capable of providing better service. I had my last servicing on 5th march 2020, and i am fully unsatisfied with the service provided. Fitting of nuts n bolts are not done properly. And when i had made a call to service centre for a feedback of bad service, the service staf[censored]sing abusive language against me and behave very badly. Sir, this is not the first time experience. I have also experienced this bad service before. Once i have charge rs.2000 as service and labour charge but the amount is not shown in the bill. When i hav asked for the same, the service staff replied that some work had been done from outside so that amount is not mentioned in the bill. Sir, please take some strict and immediate action against the yamaha service centre located at gaya. (Parvati automobiles pvt. Ltd) Sir, i have also make some complaints online and to tall free numbers. Also received some mail regarding my complaint. No action taken till now.
