I am a customer of Yamaha bike. I need supplier invoice for RTO registration. For this invoice I have contacted with dealer and company as well but they are not providing me a simple invoice they are making different excuses for this. I am following up for the invoice from 20 days and my RTO penalty is increasing day by day.
I contacted Yamaha dealer many times but they always told me we are working your request will provide tomorrow and when I called next than same reason they told me still not getting any update. And when I complaint to the company they told me we have forwarded your query to concern team they will let you know within two working days but it's been 1 week to file a complaint in company same reason told me every time when I took the follow up I am taking follow through customer care number which is [protected] also from the mail but I haven't received any answer on mail. I want to do complaint on Yamaha and i want to get register my bike from them and pay the fees and penalty.
