[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Service fraud

So this has been a regular happening event for me in this service center. I give my bike (R15s) to service and it comes out dirty as i gave them. And two days back i gave my bike to service and when i went to get it back i didn't notice the screw which holds the petrol tank cause its down deep. When i traveled all the way back home and was cleaning my bike i found them missing. The screws that holds the petrol tank in place. And i found two screws that holds the pillion footings so loose. And i had to drive all the way back to the service center and had to wait 30 mins until someone arrived to fix it. This service center should not be there or the people working there should be changed. Talking rude to the customer and no in detail explaining of whats wrong cause the people working there has no knowledge of what they should do.
