Actually i am the subdealer of yamaha motors in uttar pradesh district amroha mandi dhanaura m working in yamaha as a sub dealer for 2 years and i sell more than 8-10 vehicles per month in starting but i didn't get the dealer's code yet by this m facing lots of pending paper formalities and much more many times i visit at the surajpur yamaha company for the solution but there no responsible person want to meet us kindly resolve it..

    My vehicle's (Yamaha fz-s v3) tank panel broke at the screw joint and opening without any physical impact. I raised the complaint/sent an email about the same to yamaha and they asked me to go the nearest dealer and get a replacement request raised through them. So i did as mentioned. The service dealer said that i will get the part replaced. I was put on wait for more than 3 months and finally they just stick the broken part with some glue and said it is fixed. It did not look/fixed properly. When i asked about it they said that is all they could do. They mentioned that the new part will also have same issue so they fixed it by just sticking it with some glue.
    This is solely due to the poor build quality that fzs v3 holds and i was only looking at paying for they vehicle. Mine was a brand new vehicle, which was only 9 months old by the time the issue appeared and with no accident record.
    This is very disloyal attitude that yamaha showed toward me. I want a proper solution or value for my money.

          Dear yamaha,

          I am a proud owner of fzs fi from october 2019,
          But no more proud owner...

          Till date i. E.22/09/2020, my bike is covered 3900kms.

          But on 20/09/2020, i went to apex motors yamaha authorised service centre for my bike servicing,
          Were i was explained the amc offers and i purchased the same for 3yrs.

          But, i was told my tyre punctures will not be repaired in yamaha authorised service centre.
          So i get it done with local mechanic and paid rs.1400 for "14 punctures".🙄 (14punctures in less than 1year.. Unbelievable)

          My compaint to yamaha is as below:
          1. Whether yamaha is giving there customer so cheap quality of ceat tyres preinstalled in there new bikes which are to replaced within a year??

          2. Whether yamaha is not interested to resolve tyres issue at authorised service centre??

          Will be awaiting for yamaha positive response..

            My r15 v3 is 2+yrs and 18, 000kms old. I had given the bike to yamaha authorised grand motors at cuttack for tappet adjustment. This work takes hardly an hour but my bike was kept there for 3 days. After the adjustment, when i went for a ride, i found the tuning of the engine had been disrupted. The engine was switching off constantly. When i went there again to get this done, i was charged rs. 100/- for petrol which they claimed they had refilled. Later on i found no such refill was done.

            After 2 days, i am again in a fix as the engine is now bleeding. I just wanted to adjust the tappet but was made to wait for 3 days, faced 2 major problems and was also cheated of my money.

                  My name is frebin johny, few months back i bought a yamaha r15 v3 from your aluva, kerala showroom (Peringhat motors). At the time of buying also a i made lot of complaint against peringhat motors,. But i didnt get any satisfied answer from you. As a customer we only check which brand are best to buy. Thats the only reason why i select yamaha. Now i felt that i made a bad choice. Your delaers are fighting each other.
                  1. Very bad behaviour
                  2. Charging more mount
                  3. Cheating as
                  4. They wont remaind as offers, renewal dates anything.
                  5. No value to customers
                  After buying my bike, nearby my home new yamaha showroom started. After 3 rd service onwards i done balance 3 services nearby shop only. 2 days back i visited aluva peringhat motors. They told we wont help me because i done 3 services in vijay showroom. They also told me one services is late, they are not so we dont give warrenty. What will i do. Also they challenge me what ever i can do show them. I only have one hope. If i am not getting any response from your side i will move through consumer court.

                    So this has been a regular happening event for me in this service center. I give my bike (R15s) to service and it comes out dirty as i gave them. And two days back i gave my bike to service and when i went to get it back i didn't notice the screw which holds the petrol tank cause its down deep.                     Sir, i had motor cycle model yamaha - zr - purchased at hameeda auto yamaha dealer at tirunelveli.

                    I am a yamaha consumer for last 25 years and i used starting from and till now with different model.

                    Now i got the above mention motor cycle and facing lot of issue with in 8500km. The complaint was taken up with dealer and not resolved. I already given feedback to yamaha,
                    Mr mohideen from hamedda auto call me and promised to rectify all issue under foc basis, yesterday i given the bike for service and they asked me to replace the spares with cost, i am not accepted and told them keep the bike with you.                       Sir/ madam,

                      Re: rectification of defects in/ replacement of yahama mt-15 abs bike

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased yahama mt-15 abs model bike from 1) sri mahaalakshmi motors on, chennai 31.07.2019 for a consideration of rs 1, 84, 000 paid in upi transfers against invoice no vmg-vsias 278.

                      The said bike is suffering from the following defects:
                      (I) leakage of oil from engine
                      (Ii) reduced mileage and engine overheat.

                      I had reported the above defects to svd motors private limited, chennai (Authorized yamaha service centre) several times and each time the vehicle is returned back after servicing as how it was rendered and without rectifying the defect. Despite all pleadings they have not made good the defect in the bike, which is indeed regrettable. On account of aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i had incurred additional expenses of rs 10, 000 which i am liable to be compensated.

                      It is to be noted that the manufacturer, dealer and the service center are all jointly to be held responsible for supplying such defective bike to the customer besides paying such huge amount.

                      My request to rectify the problem or replace the engine or return the monies paid is repeatedly denied by both the dealer and service center and their continued arrogance has forced me to write this complaint as it is evident that both the dealer and service center are not willing to settle this matter amicably.

                      You are hereby finally called upon to
                      (I) remove the said defects in the bike or
                      (Ii) replace the bike of same model or
                      (Iii) pay compensation of rs 20, 000/- for mental agony and harassment suffered due to your negligence of not rectifying the defects as mentioned above along with the cost of the bike in the sum of rs 1, 84, 000 with interest @18% per annum within 15 days of the receipt of this complaint failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

                        I have purchased a two wheeler from velocity motors, yamaha. The vehicle was delivered to me on 20.07.2020. The dealer has charged a total of rs. 89600.00 for the vehicle. Out of rs. 89600.00, rs. 10870.00 was charged for rto registration, rs. 6033.00 for insurance premium, rs. 555.00 for warranty, rs. 367.00 for road side assistance and rs. 71860.00 was the ex-showroom price of the vehicle.
                        After making several requests on 29.08.2020 the dealer has furnished me a receipt of rs. 7038.00 against rto payment and a receipt of rs. 5472.00 for insurance premium.
                        After finding out the discrepancies i have asked the dealer to refund which was refused by them. I have also lodged a complaint to the yamaha through their customer care number but no action has been taken by them in this regard. Further i have not been given any record or receipt for the amount charged on account of warranty and road side assistance.
                        Resolution sought for: refund the excess amount taken on account of rto and insurance charges. Provide documents/receipt in respect of amount charged on account of warranty, and road side assistance or refund the amount taken in this regard.

                          Dear team,
                          I am being pressurized to take back my complaint by the glory yamaha, chinsurah, hooghly. They are using disrespectful words and arguing over the phone. They are calling me, they are not allowing me to speak and they are continuously blaming me. As i have earlier told them, my confusion about the kilo-meter was not solved before 20th, i had to go for multiple times for a single reason. As my complaint on "second hand bike delivered" not solved, my bike was taken from baichi, far from chinsurah glory yamaha, i think the bike was used by others, i still want my money back and i am very disappoint with the service and behavior of glory yamaha, chinsurah, hooghly.

                              I bought fz25 on march 14 2019 and the problem is the papers they provided for registration has wrong cc printed (Instead of 250 cc it is printed as 150). So the same reflected on my rc as well. When i contacted for the same they are not responding properly and saying it will take time. Already its been 1 and half year. These yamaha people keep on saying that it will take time but how long. I have been waiting since 18 months.

                                My yamaha fs5 bike a paid service for kharghar service centre my bike all check the service labour but that time his say all service payment 3000 thousand but i received my bike that time his say your bill 4112 all charge is ok but i am not satisfied by the labour charge his asked bike any part service sperate separate labour charg my bill is 4200 and i am only paid labour charge 1300 i am that service not satisfied... Please change this system any bike part service separate labour please🙏🙏🙏🙏

                                  My name is dhaval kakadia and i'm from thane - mira road. I own a yamaha r15 s.
                                  I have been facing issues with the service provided for my bike at apex yamaha service center - mira road.

                                  [protected] days back i had given my bike for service since the bike was shutting down on its own. Four days the bike was at apex yamaha service center since few parts had to be changed as well under insurance. I was given the bike (Dt[protected] saying that the service is done and my battery of the bike needs to be changed since it was shutting down on its own. So i decided to put a new amron battery instead of the battery they had in their service center. Now today[protected] itself i was stuck inbetween virat vasai highway for almost an hour because my bike was shutting down again.

                                  My point is that i was told that i need to change the battery and so i purchased a new battery and i got it installed. For almost 4 days the bike was kept in apex yamaha service center and i cannot understand why they were not able to resolve the issue. What have they done for 4 days after inspecting the bike. I submitted my bike in vasai yamaha service center and i was told that the battery charger is not working right.

                                  Now on the basis of the apex yamaha service center guy i got my battery replaced and the actual issue was with the battery charger. For bloody 4 days apex yamaha couldn't understand that, and directly i was aske to change the battery and now the issue turns out to be something else.

                                  Now iv already spent rs.1200 for the battery when that wasn't even a problem and on top of that now i will spent on the battery charger again.

                                  This kind of issues iv already faced with apex yamaha service center mira road in past for wich i had mailed a complaint.

                                  But this time already my time and money both have been wasted because of the apex yamaha service center failing to understand the issues and directly giving the bike to me saying that the battery needs to be changed.

                                  Knowing the current pandemic situation i cannot afford to waste any of my time and money just because apex yamaha service center technicians fail to understand the issues and i have to just blindly spent my money on what they say..

                                  But this time i surely need a revert from your end because i will make sure to take adequate and strict actions against this thing if i don't get any revert from your end inorder to resolve this issue. And also i need the refund for the batterry amount that i have spent. Just beacuse i was told by the service center technician to get my betttry changed wherein the battery was never the issue, the battery charger was the problem.

                                  When i visited today[protected] @vasai yamaha servuce center i was told that there are further technical issues in my bike which is not been rectified by the yamaha service center mira road.

                                  We buy yamaha bike because it's one of the most trust worthy and an amazing machine but this kind of service will not be accepted where my money is wasted just because of apex yamaha service center cannot rectify the issues and blindly ask the customer to spent money on things and replace them.

                                  I'm waiting for a revert as soon as possible.

                                    I have been going through a tough time with yamaha service for the past 9 months. I had an issue with my back wheel of fz 16 (2010) model, which was creating noise while running at low speed (20-40 km/hr) and the bike was not at all stable at corners and the back wheel used to slip off easily while braking. I have been addressing this issue with multiple yamaha service centers in hyderabad and no one could find the issues till date.
                                    Venkatesha motors ameerpet, hyderabad was the last service center i had approached, they checked and informed me that my engine shaft has been worn out and for that they need to remove the engine completely to replace it. Since the issue was really annoying and my safety was at concern i allowed them to open up my engine and replace it thinking the issue will be solved for ever.
                                    It took them a week time for getting the bike ready, but the hard reality came up when i went to take the delivery of the bike. There was no issue with the engine shaft and it was in a good condition.
                                    But they charged me excessively for nothing (The bill of the same has been attached below) i went with an issue with the back wheel creating noise and they replaced almost all the components of my bike without any prior notice to me.
                                    And after the service before even completing 50 km the issue was again back and when i went complaining about the issue they asked me to lubricate the chain on every 100 km and they refused to even check my bike.
                                    Its then when i realized that i was getting cheated up. They charged me nearly rs.7000 for the service and still the issue is continuing. For the past 9 months i have been to multiple yamaha showroom. I couldn't find anyone responsive to take up the bike and check and solve the issue other than giving simple excuses.
                                    In this case i am really disappointed with the service that yamaha is proving to indian customers and the way they are looting customers in the name of service across india. Please let me know a authorized and experienced service center in kerala-kannur district for solving the issue.

                                      Hello sir/madam,

                                      Im jobin mathew from kerala. I bought new r15 v3 bike from pioneer motors yamaha kanhangad ([protected]) on july 2019. I have done my free services on time and its registration no. Is kl 79 3520

                                      Last week, my bike turned off and the service operator in yamaha kanhangad said there is some issues in your petrol pump (Inside the tank) and you need to replace it.

                                      Also they are saying that my second service is done in another dealers service centre that is garg automotives, hisar ([protected]), so they cant give the warranty to my bike.

                                      Im here to complaint my problem about the inappropriate dealings of yamaha service providers and please do the needful at the earliest.
