charging tax amount generated for debit card transaction from customer

Recently had a bike servicing and opted debit card transaction as mode of payment and they charged me tax amount generated for card transactions. While i asked them they said we are charging this from every customer but no one complained. I said its not right to take extra amount/ tax amount from customers as per rbi guidelines. You will be punishable if you violate these. Then the manager satirically said will you drag us to court....

Second hand bike handed over

Hello i purchased a motorbike from glory enterprises before 15 days, they delivered me a bike which is completely second hand. I got it handed over after running more than 1000 km. At the time of purchasing they did not allow me to start the engine, they delivered me the bike at my hometown after i paid to them. The bike was not fully new, i did not get leg guard at the time of purchasing, though it is important part that every shop provides...

Problem unresolved even after multiple services

Vasudha yamaha an authorized service center has been showing heights of irresponsible behavior.
Engine warning light has been showing since my 5th service (Vehicle purchased in 2015) and since then whenever i have given it for repair they have left the issue unresolved and very pathetic workshop staff. Very laid back and no respect for customer. The service manager here is the most pathetic of all who doesnot know to identify vehicle...

In july 2019 i purchase a bike yamaha fzs v3, but recently i met with an accident in may, 2020. On 12 june, 2020 i send the bike to shree balaji motors there they didn't provide any receiving, but promised me that the bike will be serviced within 15 days but still after so many fake promises they are still unable to provide me bike. Also the behavior of two persons named mr shubham (Owner) and mr abhinav (Manager) is very disappointing....

Complaint regarding service center

The complaint ios regarding my service issues.As the company says that the bike has five free services without labour cost.I had completed three services and my fourth service had been cancelled due to covid 19 and kilometer has been passed.Now the fifth has been taken.At this time they are charging extra amount tthan the normal service.They are assigning labour charge etc...so please take this query as serious and rectify it as soon as possible...

After some time i m called back to same number.

Service request call: very highly abused and again and asking our number, even after providing number.

After free services, i gave my bike on paid services to perfect yamaha service center koramangala 6th block on 6th june 2020. They didn't tighten the oil drain screw. My bike stopped while running today and caused damage to engine. I handed the bike to them and they told it will cost 20000 bucks. It's very disappointing situation for me. bike stopped while running after second service.

After second service, they didn't tighten the oil drain screw. My bike stopped while running and caused damage to engine. I handed the bike to them and they told they will repair it. Today is the 3rd day i handed my new bike and they told some lathe work has to be done on bike engine. It's very disappointing situation for me. Even if the do some lathe work and get repaired, my bike will not be a new bike anymore. And till now they haven't...

When problem is servicing by done at sunny motors then why i should pay money. I want strict action should be taken by yamaha this is very reckless thing. yamaha rear tyre problem

I bought my yamaha fzs just 6 month agao but the only problem is that the soft compound rear tyre becomes really prone to punctures when driven on typical indian roads. No wonder almost every fz owner complains about at least 2 punctures in a month. I have spent almost 1000+ money to repair puncture. Worst tyre provide by the compny....

Yamaha fz v3 was working perfectly before given for servicing at sunny motors which is authorised yamaha showroom. After receiving bike engine stops working after 5 kms which is third time it is happened after servicing done sunny motors in anantapur. Everytime they check the bike and return it and same thing happens again....

Severe associated parts damage

I have given my bike for regular service as complaint of disk sound and stucked while using the disk, they changed it and they give bike to me, after 3 days there was a complaint heavy sound in chain spokets and i gave my my bike in the showroom and resolved it and gave my bike back

When i was giving my bike in the showroom my tank panel every thing is good

But, i came to know that eventually i was cleaning...

servicing of my yamaha fzs v3

I own a yamaha fzs v3 from 19th february, 2019.
I have final free servicing in lockdown period.
I have completed that on time. But that day they were unable to check my fi due to their connectivity issue in system, and ask me to come after few days to check that fi.

I haven't got any issue with my odometer console.
