Hi, This is Aashutosh Jadhav having Yamaha FZS 2.0 (MH01DD4883) . I bought this in this bike in 2018 from VRB SPEED, Borivali dealer. I want to highlight some points kindly go through it- 1. I was complaining about the handle bar issue 4-5 days after delivery still it is not solved so i convinced myself. 2. MAJOR ISSUE - I have got my bike service done at VRB borivali workshop on 27/10/2020 and the km was 11882 and today it is 11920. I went yesterday workshop again due to some issues in bike and asked service advisor to get it solved. He assign one mechanic to me and we went outside to see the bike. A- Horn suddenly stop working before 3 days. (he fixed it) B- LH indicator not working . ( After moving it 5-6 times it is working but he said "BHAI AAPKO AISA HI KRNA PDEGA" ) C- Very important - Chain was making noise continuously and there was friction which is feeling while riding below 35KMPL. (Mechanic said- You have not serviced a chain for a long time so it is not straight. This was surprising because I told him I got my bike service done on 27th Sep 2020. But he again said AAPNE SIRF SETTING KIYA HOGA AUR OILING BHI KRNA PDTA HAI. PANI ME BHIGNE K BAAD AISA HOTA HAI.( Washing done by service center only now my bike is very dirty. neither there was raining nor i prefer to go outside for washing) I politely said that I gave my bike for servicing and they must have done it. Unfortunately I did not have a bill copy and today i got this. They have charged me for Chain Cleaning Rs.177/- (including GST) & for chain lubricant Rs. 177 (including GST) . Advisor asked him to do oiling & he did. After that the Advisor told me sir, you have to change WHOLE Chain assembly. It is a wear & tear item that depends upon your riding. Now point is why they have not done any Chain in servicing & charged me Rs.354? And why he said to change the assembly after riding 38 KMS only & if this was the issue then they should have informed me at the time of servicing.
