Yamaha Motor India — Yamaha FZ-X bike

I purchased the Yamaha FZX on September 2021. It's been the fifth time in a year, my bike is found to be not functional due to the same issue of the battery being down. Every time I have raised a complaint and approached the Zee motors showroom in Panaji.


The details of each complaints are given below.
1. During the second service of the bike ( January 2022)

I was informed that it's due to weak battery and can be rectified by replacing the battery. So battery was changed.

2. In March 2022
Approached the showroom and they could not find the problem and mislead me by saying that they have solved the issue
3. April 2022
Faced with the same issue and made a complaint to the Yamaha service centre (complaint no: REQ-13311). However there was zero response from the customer service. The problem has been rectified in the service center by changing the charging coil.

4. May 2022
Self start issue happened again within a month and again changed the battery.

5. Sep 2022
Same low battery issue and self start problem resurfaced.

It is pertinent to mention that I use my bike for daily commutation. If i don't use my bike for a couple of days the self start as well as weak battery issue arises.

As a customer of a reputed company like Yamaha, I am very much disappointed with the product as well as customer service.

It's been a horrible experience as well as mentally exhaustive for me with your FZ-X model because of this recurrent issue. Each time service center has taken 10-12 days to rectify the issue (even though they couldn't rectify it). As a working person without any other vehicle I suffered financially as well as professionally due to incompetency of bike and it's service.
