Hello,

This is prabu c form chennai velachery, my contcat: [protected]. Recently i purchased yamaha fz 25 vehile form shanti motors velachery. When i purchased from till now i am facing wobbling problem in total front section while driving 40kms speed itself.
I reported this issue on next day of puchasing but they are ignoring this compliant. I continuosly reporting air wss drained from front wheel slowly that i obsedved this issue and convey to them, they told me to wait for first service.
They are finding crack in alloy and i asked how it will happened within a one month give the clear information after that the delivery engineer said to their manager when we
Delliver the bike to customer that time there was no air in front wheel so we filled and delivered. They delivered the defective producut to customer without complete pdi and other checks.
Are you buy defective product??? After finding these issue they said me to wait to wait for one week and finally changed alloy and delivered bike without checks pdi and others now also.
Regarding this issue i already raised yamaha complaint fourm also. Within 2 to 3 days i faced same proble again and esclate this to showroom md. They were checked and said to me, we are not observing any vibrations and wobble. They tried to convence
Me to drive. After the week i can't tolerate this problem and complaint again they were said to sumbit the bike. The next day engineer called me to said are finding the problem in front tyre so we need to change with warrenty.
They gave one letter mentioned to mrf tyres and sent me to one adreess.. I went there but that was wrong address. After i called to showroom they again said me to submit the bike. I am facing so many problems
In my new bike. What quality you are maintaing?? Do you buy this kind of defective product?? Are you feel is this new bike?? The very very worst behaving and response from shanti motors.
I am not satisfied with your product and service as well... Very very bad experience from yamaha. Showroom peoples are playing with cunsumers.. I felt very bad.
