[Resolved]  Yatra.com — booking not done and amount charged by yatra from credit card

i was trying to make a 1st class train booking for amritsar-delhi on 24 feburary 2015 but booking was not completed due to some technical error on yatra.com website but to my surpsrise full amount of Rs.3484 was charged from my account and from last 25days i am mailing them about this but i have not got a single response from yatra.com
