Hi, My name is Moupia Saha and I am from Kolkata. This is regarding yatra booking ref# [protected]. I have booked an international flight from Cairo to Kolkata on 11-Mar-2015 through yatra.com. The itinerary is as follow Cairo to Bahrain Bahrain to Mumbai Mumbai to Kolkata But once I go for collecting boding pass the airlines authority got surprised and saying there is no flight from Bahrain to Mumbai according to this schedule and it was issued wrongly. My Visa expires on that day (11-Mar-2015) and anyhow I suppose to leave Egypt. So I send an urgent mail to yatra customer support but still there is no response yet. In fact I called yatra’s support desk but they are not giving any importance and simply saying airport duty manager will assist you. I go to airlines’s office but they are asking for around EGP 3300 for issuing fresh ticket as the itinerary is invalid. I explain everything (my VISA status) again to Etihad counter and request them to arrange it with less amount. But they are not agreed. I got socked, I am a single lady and my VISA is expiring on that day (if I am not travel on that day Egypt immigration dept. may send me to jail) and I couldn’t travel due to yatra issued a wrong, invalid ticket. Finally, at last moment (20 min before flight departure) they (Etihad) arrange a new ticket in different route (via Abu Dhabi, Bangalore) with no cost. That is my most horrible experience. Now come to the point. 1. How Yatra issue invalid ticket/non-existing flight (attached herewith) and saying it confirmed? 2. Why they didn’t notify me 1 or 2 day prior? They can send a single mail to me. 3. Why their customer supports simply ignore their responsibility though all faults belong to them? We want strong action to be taken on Yatra.com and a penalty need to be imposed for forgery ticket selling and customer harassment. Regards, Moupia Saha +91 [protected] +91 [protected]

This is not the way to close my complain.
I was busy on yesterday (18-Mar-2015) when you called me and told you to call me after 6 PM but you didn't make any call to me.
This is another example of your ignorance.

As I already told you, I didn't received any mail either from your end and or from Etihad Airways.

Your forwarded mails need to be verified.

My complains against your irresponsibility which causes me extreme level of harassment.
So your conclusion is not acceptable for me.

They have forwarded me two mails which has never come to me.
Here is another point to verify the fw mails as it is very easy to edit it.

Now come to my main complain area. I have raised this complain because I faced extreme level of mental harassment during my last travel. And all those incident occur due to Yatra's negligence. They didn't assist anything when I was troubling in Cairo Airport and simply ignore my urgent mail.In my standpoint, they didn't notify me before I reach Cairo Airport.

So kindly advise what should be the legal way to take it forward.

There is no resolution on my above complains as they are trying to close it by showing two forgery mails.
I believe they have edited it before sending it to me.

So kindly advise what should be the next action for the same.

    My 22 February, 2015 Spicejet flight from Bagdogra to Delhi was cancelled. I received an sms from spicejet on 14 February saying the flight has been cancelled. I called Spicejet on 15 February and they said they had send the refund amount to the yatra account. Yatra people said I will get the full refund of Rs. 6313 within 10 days (i.e. by 25th February). But I have still not received the money. The Booking details are: Booking reference: [protected] Date of Journey: 22 February, 2015, Sunday Bagdogra to Delhi PNR no.: OBUY4K Flight: Spicejet SG 882 Economy Passenger Name: Ritajyoti Bandyopadhyay Ticket Price: 6313 e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com ph.no.: [protected] I am absolutely disappointed by Yatra's service. I made the payment with my SBI debit card. Please send me the fulll refund immediately to my account.

      Hi, This is regarding yatra booking ref # S1467216, we have taken services yatra.com for Manali trip, find below our terrible experience from their services. They have given wrong promises, don’t have solutions of any problem, no synchronization, all employees are passing their responsibilities to each other. Mr. Kapil Chourdhary gave us this package to us however when we discussed some issues his answered was I am a sales person so please contact service team. In service team we contracted Deepak, George, Rahul, Kapil, Shahbaz and many more don’t know the names to get our problem solved but no one gave us solution for the below issues. We paid Rs-34000 to Yatra for this trip and we asked Kapil please give good services if you want to add more amount you can, as we were going with our families. Find below the issues that we faced. Transport Issue:- Ø At the time of boarding the cab, we requested driver to put 1-2 small bags in boot space however driver did not allow us and asked us to call new cab if you want to keep any luggage at back side, then after discussion with Deepak (Tour Coordinator), he allowed us to keep some Luggage at boot space, all these nonsense wasted approx 1 hour and spoiled mood. Ø At the time of returning, he found one friend at Manali who was also driving car and coming towards Delhi, they both were deciding where to stop cars and if were asking to stop anywhere then reply was, I will decide where to stop and in which restaurant, It was really and insulting moment for us that how a driver was speaking with us in front of our family members. Ø When we were close to Chandigarh, he was driving 40-50 kmph for around 1 hour to wait his friend and it was highway and all the vehicles were going ahead even autos, we asked why are you driving so slow then his reply was my owner wants average of 14km per liter a so I have to drive slow, it was again a senseless response actually he was waiting for his friend who was behindhand.Ø Ø We left hotel early morning at 7:30 AM in spite of heavy snow at Manali as my cab mate (Rajat Sahani) had bus from Chandigarh to Bhatinda and last bus was at 5 PM from Chandigarh and this was informed very first day to driver, Driver and his friend stopped car at Haveli Restaurant at Chandigarh at 4:40 PM, we requested him not to stop car there as we had last bus at 5 PM however he offended and started dropping our luggage and said you can call another cab, I will not drop you then we again called Deepak (Tour Coordinator) and he solved this issue that incident wasted 1 and half hour and we were insulted again by driver and my friend (Rajat) could not board the bus. Driver Name is Sunil, Kindly take necessary action against him.This driver was very very rude don’t know even how to talk with ladies. Lodging issue:- Ø Kapil booked Hotel – (Dreamland) for us but right word to use this place is Dharamshala, When we reached in our rooms there was no electricity, no water and washroom were dirty in both room. When we asked them to clean that we received reply that they don’t have any sweeper at that time to clean, we thought we reached on festival day (Holi) so it might be the problem, to solve Electricity issue they gave us 2 candle per room.Quilts and blanket which was provided to us was torn, it was smelling badly very very unhygienic. There was electricity in every place except this hotel and this problem could not get resolved, we called entire Yatra team. It was really a bad experience for us, kindly suggest how we can get compensate against this as this was not booking it was completely fraud done by Yatra.com. On our entire trip we were trying to reach Yatra team or the Innova coordinator for resolving the issues.YATRA HAS SPOILED MY VACCATION EVEN AFTER SPENDING 34000/- FOR THIS TRIP, THIS WAS THE PATHETIC EX PERINCE, earlier also I had gone to various trip but never ever faces these kind of issues. I would suggest Travel team to check Hotel response before giving this to any customer. Please check and if you need more details please give me a call on my below given number.         Hi Team, With reference to the refund for booking number [protected] (Spicejet PNR: KBIVTN), I have been chasing up from more than 2 months and did not get the refund yet. I think, I had called your customer care more than 10 times every time they make false promise saying need to wait for 7 more days (dnt know what do they mean by 7 days) and they dont even transfer my calls their supervisors ( i dnt know why). Yesterday when I called, one of your representative, she confirmed that refund is done from your end and bank will take some time to credit. Today, I when I called to ask for email confirmation, other lady says that, yesterday you got the fake news and again you need to wait for 7 days because Spicejet has not refunded. And the lady do not hesitate to tell me that you can contact the air lines if you want!! I called Spicejet personally to check on my refund. They confirmed that, refund has been processed to Yatra account on 3rd Feb 2015 itself. I have attached the website confirmation also for your reference. Now, Can you answer me, Where is my money? Why did you held my money for more than a month? Why your representative make false promises?Who will pay the interest to my 30K? I want immediate REFUND and ANSWERS to my above questions. If I don't get a proper answers, I will go to customer court with all fake promise calls recordings and also charge interest to my money. Totally disappointed customer, Pramod

            1) Delaying in issuing the bus ticket.
            2) Received a call after starting the Bus started from Delhi stating that Bus will not reach Manila you have to arrange you own transportation and reach Hotel.
            3) As said the bus stopped and we spend 2000 Rs to reach the Hotel.
            4) Bed size was very small.
            5) We did not get the hot water properly (we required to beg)
            6) No heater in the rooms extra charges ( you are aware it is the cold place and snow is falling how can you charge extra).
            7) Sightseeing was not done as per the committed.
            8) Drives when he was free (will not come as per our timing)
            9) Very bad driver, driving the vehicle over speed always and eating tobacco continuously.
            10) Not taken to Rohtang pass.
            11) Everything extra money.
            12) had an very bad experiences with yatra.

              I tried to book a hotel using Yatra App. The amount was debited twice but the hotel was not booked. Upon raising a complaint I received Refund for one of the transactions. I am chasing the Yatra customer care since 21st Saturday, but they don't bother to respond. [Ref No[protected]] I did mail them with Credit card bill snapshot.

                  Hello Team
                  I am Anirudha M Koujalgi, writing this complaint for my Booking ref: S1444134.
                  I had booked Langakawi and Kulalumpur for a package of Rs- 75106 on Jan 28 2015 .
                  I had paid 20000 on Jan 28, 2015 .
                  I had paid 10000 on Jan 29, 2015.
                  As per advice of your Travel Consultant Avinash Mishra.
                  On Feb 19 2015 I have paid the remaining amount quoted for the package and informed Avinash about the same.
                  From 19 Feb to 24 Feb I have not recieved any follow up.
                  All of sudden on 24 Feb at 10 .00 pm Vinod from Postal Dept calls and ask for my Passports, which was not at all good from my Yatra.
                  As per my knowledge the Postal team did not follow up and get my visa processed.
                  I kept on contacting the concerned from Yatra, but none from Yatra have tried to contact.

                    Hello, I booked an Holiday package from Yatra.com to Andaman. Initially I paid 25% around (Rs.17000) of the package cost. Due to some family reason wanted to postpone my travel. But Yatra people are telling that, they cannot postpone nor they will not return money. They are not giving any other option and telling that you have to travel or money will be forfeited (penalty). There were still 20 days when i requested for postpone/refund of my travel date. These people are simply LOOTING money from customers. Is there anyone can me help to get my money back.                       We had a bad experience with yatra. ( SERVICE NUMBER S1252418)

                      I will point it one by one.. ( after reading all these - u will surely dont choose yatra)

                      1. While reaching havelock.. the symphony palm beach resort told that we dint get any reservation for us. We got soo much tensed and helpless. Their customer service is very very very worst. They were not at all picking up the call.. then y the hell they have given 'emergency number(utter waste)' ???? .. After 1 and half hours the hotel pple saw us waiting for a long time in reception and called us back and gave me a casa room for 2 nights. (but in voucher it was is 1 casa and 1 cottage room)

                      2. Candle light diner was booked in symphony palm only.. but the hotel pple told that they dint get any info about that.. and I tried to call them for about more than 10 times.. and noooo response from them.. the next day only the candle light dinner was arranged in another resort, which was "veryyyy idiotic".. the menu very very very cheap.. which will not cross more than 1500 rupees(for couple).. But yatra charged 4000 for that.. the resort pple told that ur candle light dinner does not have desserts and welcome drink anything..

                      3. The third day in havelock.. the itenirary was to have breakfast and come to port blair and visit museum and other places in port blair... but they booked eveing 4 o clock journey to portblair and "wasted the whole day only in one small beach at havelock".. since we was forced to vacate the room by 8 o clock morning, our day went fully in that beach alone.. ( wasted a whole day)

                      4. They made us soo much tensed. So that we cannot enjoy well here. Our honeymoon trip is more or less spoiled by YATRA..

                      5. The three island cruise is also cancelled since it is under maintenance it seems and Wednesday it is closed itseems.. ( TO NOTE : WHILE FRAMING OUR ITENARY ITSELF THEY three island cruise was not operating) . WE GOT COMPLETELY CHEATED BY YATRA

                      I asked A REFUND For candle light dinner and there was no sight seeing in portblair AND ALSO U HAVR TO PAY ME FOR MAKING US TENSED AND NOT ENJOYING.. WE WENT SIGHT SEEING ONLY 2 DAYS.. FOR THAT 60K is more than enough... but they have costed me 80K.

                      TO YATRA : Just count the number of received called from my number.. it wil be more than 30 times in 2 days. U guys are not attneding. "Only new booking team is attending to make pple fools."

                      I need REFUND.. My friend went recently to andaman.. He just went for 60K( with separate car and AC deluxe rooms).. 80K is too too much for the service that i faced up.

                      One more point I missed up..

                      In my Itenary u mentioned that the car is "non-disposal basis" .. but i dint get such service..

                      By calling u from Andaman .. Ur SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, made my call to wait for long time (later u cut the call).. My mobile bill was more than 1000 rupees.

                      We had a bad experience with yatra. ( SERVICE NUMBER S1252418).

                      We tried to contact the customer care people regarding the issues we had during our trip and no one responded properly. So we posted in consumer complaints and after several discussions the yatra people accepted to refund Rs.11000 on March 2015.

                      But after few days they responded that only Rs.7000 can be refunded and yet they have not refunded the money. It has been nearly a month.

                      The service provided by yatra was too bad and the customer care was extremely poor in service. Instead of enjoying the trip we had to sit and call the customer care people the whole day.

                      So for causing such inconvenience and response delay Yatra has to refund an amount of Rs. 11000.

                      And service providers like Yatra should be severely questioned by law for cheating people.

                      To Yatra people:
                      Better refund the amount to avoid further complaints. Instead of being so lethagic at your service you can just stop your service which will be the good you do for the people.

                      NO REFUND of Rs 30,000 after 1 Month

                      Yatra.com is a bloody scammer. I purchased shirdi tickets for my family using Yatra.com and the flight was cancelled. It's been a month, I have called them hundred times and they are not refunding my money.

                        My Qurey is not yet resolved because you guys have been used my money in past eight months. After eight months you guys finally agree upon that there was problem in your end and you have been charged the amt on both the credit cards. Unnecessarily you were keep on sending me false transition details of ICICI bank which was wrong. I need complete ratification on it why you guys sent me an wrong transaction details multiple times and raised a request to talk to bank and go for grievance readdressal. As i said, i need compensation on it because you guys have been used my 12222.00/- in past eight months and west my time for this silly problem. i am not saying intentionally you have done this but directly - indirectly you guys have been used my money by giving false statement. so make a provision to compensate for the same i am having all the mails where you guys have been clearly mentioned many times and over phone also you have received the money from only one bank not from the both the banks.

                        Today is a 3rd of march and still there is no response from your end you had reply on last 25th of Feb.
                        please let me know how many months or years i'll have to wait for my compensation.

                        You guys really having the eight months of old cases which yet to resolve if not then why you guys are taking that much time.

                          I have booked a flight on 13th Jan 2015 from Delhi to Dehradun for 22nd Jan 2015 through my Yatra App.
                          That time I get a confirmation flash message that your flight has been booked but yatra.com is waiting for confirmation from jet airways, while later yatra.com confirmed that the booking is not done.
                          I have checked my bank account and seen that the amount of 7392 Rs. was debited to the account of yatra.com Gurgaon.
                          I have send a mail to yatra.com regarding this, as per them the case is with their risk assessment team.
                          it is more than one month now, I did not get any positive reply from them. Please help.

                              I had booked 2 flight tickets from Yatra.com for traveling from Bagdogra to Kolkata for 17th of December 2014 by Spicejet flight number SG896, confirmation number PNR ZF75GE. The flight was canceled by the Spicejet and was informed on SMS. I called up Yatra and updated my status and I was assured that I will be getting full refund of Rs. 5298/-. I reminded Yatra many times and I was informed that refund will be credited with in 7 working days in my account. My last call was on 9th Feb 2015. I have still not received the refund as yet.                               I would like to register a complaint on the abve mentioned ticket booked by me today from Banaglore to Kochi and return trip on 1st July 2015.

                              The total cost of the ticket was Rs.3710/- approax ( Around Rs.1695/- each) and it was clearly visible that both are refundable tickets.

                              Later I wanted to cancel that and when I checked with your customer care, it was mentioned that the cancellation charges were more than the ticket cost( cancellation cost around 1740) and since the ticket cost is lesser than the cancellation cost, I wont get any paisa back.

                              I was quite surprised..If this was the case, why refundable was clearly mentioned in the site?

                              Why a popular site like Yatra.com where crores of people believe and book based on the information given in the site is cheating those people?

                              Why cant you commit what you can provide and provide what you commit?

                              I would like to have a favourable reply from you asap.

                                Dear Sir, I has booked international flight with yatra.com executive pawan.[protected]@yatra.com who had communicated to me that incase if flight timming has to be rescheduled at returning I have to pay airlines cancellation charges and new booking price. When i called yatra.com on 14-Feb-15 to change my flight date, i was told by an executive that I will not get any amount if i go for date change additionally I will have to pay Rs 40, 000 for my returning Ticket from Dubai to Kolkata.. I am shocked to see this kind of cheating.. I bought ticket from outside at only Rs 12, 000/- My return ticket still pending with yatra.com from Dubai to Kolkata... Yatra.com is also not helping to change my ticket to domestic travel..I feel its totally cheating and fraud activity to grab customer hard earned money...                                   Yatra is very worst company which i have seen in my life ever. i can't express my frustration in words
                                  past from 8 months i am continuously doing follow up for my payment dispute some time they are saying we are unable to fetch the data from system some time they said we have not received the payment from ICICI gateway
                                  some time they are suddenly changes their statement no have received the money from ICICI but not from HDFC
                                  this is very unprofessional and irritating.

                                  i don't know whether i'll get my money back or not but i'll suggests all the people who are all reading this please please

                                    My tickets were cancelled via the airlines and I had booked that ticket through Yatra. On 26th Dec 2014 Yatra sent an email stating my refund is processed and i will get in my account within 5-7days .
                                    Its been close to 2 months and i haven't got the money . My bank doest has any transaction from Yatra, I am asking Yatra to give me the transaction copy which they are not giving me on repetitive complaints.


                                    Its a mental harassment to track this along with your job and other work in life. I have made number of calls everyday and same reply that u will get the copy in 24-48hrs but nothing happens no reply.

Isn't it your duty to inform me the changed time of the flight. How can you book me in a flight that doesn't exist??? It was a stressful and horrible experience for me.

                                        Hello all, I have booked a Air India flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 14th February 2015 in yatra .com.But i have missed the flight due to late reporting.I have claimed for the refund for Airport taxes as the airport taxes imposed by governments and local authorities are ALWAYS refundable.Probably ONLY the FARE is non-refundable.I have asked for the refund of Rs.2465 i.e Taxes, Surcharges and fees and not the fare cost which is Rs.3579 whose total cost is 6035.I will give you the invoice for proof.They told that they can only refund 47 rupees as part of refund.I need justice in this regard.
