Hi,
This is regarding yatra booking ref # S1467216, we have taken services
yatra.com for Manali trip, find below our terrible experience from their
services.
They have given wrong promises, don’t have solutions of any problem, no
synchronization, all employees are passing their responsibilities to each
other. Mr. Kapil Chourdhary gave us this package to us however when we
discussed some issues his answered was I am a sales person so please contact
service team. In service team we contracted Deepak, George, Rahul, Kapil,
Shahbaz and many more don’t know the names to get our problem solved but no one
gave us solution for the below issues.
We paid Rs-34000 to Yatra for this trip and we asked Kapil please give good
services if you want to add more amount you can, as we were going with our
families.
Find below the issues that we faced.
Transport Issue:-
Ø At
the time of boarding the cab, we requested driver to put 1-2 small bags in boot
space however driver did not allow us and asked us to call new cab if you want
to keep any luggage at back side, then after discussion with Deepak (Tour
Coordinator), he allowed us to keep some Luggage at boot space, all these
nonsense wasted approx 1 hour and spoiled mood.
Ø At
the time of returning, he found one friend at Manali who was also driving car
and coming towards Delhi, they both were deciding where to stop cars and if
were asking to stop anywhere then reply was, I will decide where to stop and in
which restaurant, It was really and insulting moment for us that how a driver
was speaking with us in front of our family members.
Ø
When we were close to Chandigarh, he was driving 40-50 kmph for around 1 hour
to wait his friend and it was highway and all the vehicles were going ahead
even autos, we asked why are you driving so slow then his reply was my owner
wants average of 14km per liter a so I have to drive slow, it was again a
senseless response actually he was waiting for his friend who was behindhand.Ø
Ø We
left hotel early morning at 7:30 AM in spite of heavy snow at Manali as my cab
mate (Rajat Sahani) had bus from Chandigarh to Bhatinda and last bus was at 5
PM from Chandigarh and this was informed very first day to driver, Driver and
his friend stopped car at Haveli Restaurant at Chandigarh at 4:40 PM, we
requested him not to stop car there as we had last bus at 5 PM however he
offended and started dropping our luggage and said you can call another cab, I
will not drop you then we again called Deepak (Tour Coordinator) and he solved
this issue that incident wasted 1 and half hour and we were insulted again by
driver and my friend (Rajat) could not board the bus.
Driver Name is Sunil, Kindly take
necessary action against him.This driver was very very rude don’t know even how
to talk with ladies.
Lodging
issue:-

Kapil booked Hotel – (Dreamland) for us but right word to use this place is
Dharamshala, When we reached in our rooms there was no electricity, no water
and washroom were dirty in both room. When we asked them to clean that we
received reply that they don’t have any sweeper at that time to clean, we
thought we reached on festival day (Holi) so it might be the problem, to solve Electricity issue they gave us 2 candle per
room.Quilts and blanket
which was provided to us was torn, it was smelling badly very very unhygienic.
There was electricity in every place except this hotel and this problem could
not get resolved, we called entire Yatra team. It was really a bad experience
for us, kindly suggest how we can get compensate against this as this was not
booking it was completely fraud done by Yatra.com. On our entire trip we were
trying to reach Yatra team or the Innova coordinator for resolving the issues.YATRA
HAS SPOILED MY VACCATION EVEN AFTER SPENDING 34000/- FOR THIS TRIP, THIS WAS
THE PATHETIC EX PERINCE, earlier also I had gone to various trip but never ever
faces these kind of issues.
I would suggest Travel team to check Hotel response before giving this to any
customer.

As per our call yesterday, you forwarded me the notification mails which have never come to me. You are suspecting some technical issue at you end and investigating on it.
These mails were send on 27-Dec-2014 and 21-Jan-2015 and there were no feedback from my side on that mails.
I hope you haven’t edited the mails before forward it to me. Attached the mails herewith.
Another point, you are agreed that you have received my urgent mail and it was been ignored.
You will update me on Monday(16-Mar-2015).

Our team has tried contacting you multiple times. However, failed to reach you. We have contacted the Etihad Airways and they advise us that tickets has already been reissued. Same has been forwarded on your registered e-mail address with us. Hope your query has been resolved.

This is not the way to close my complain.
I was busy on yesterday (18-Mar-2015) when you called me and told you to call me after 6 PM but you didn't make any call to me.
This is another example of your ignorance.
As I already told you, I didn't received any mail either from your end and or from Etihad Airways.
Your forwarded mails need to be verified.
My complains against your irresponsibility which causes me extreme level of harassment.
So your conclusion is not acceptable for me.

They have forwarded me two mails which has never come to me.
Here is another point to verify the fw mails as it is very easy to edit it.
Now come to my main complain area. I have raised this complain because I faced extreme level of mental harassment during my last travel. And all those incident occur due to Yatra's negligence. They didn't assist anything when I was troubling in Cairo Airport and simply ignore my urgent mail.In my standpoint, they didn't notify me before I reach Cairo Airport.
So kindly advise what should be the legal way to take it forward.

There is no resolution on my above complains as they are trying to close it by showing two forgery mails.
I believe they have edited it before sending it to me.
So kindly advise what should be the next action for the same.
