I am a senior citizen and I have frequently bought air intntl and domestic air tickets from Yatra .I had a good feeling because always Yatra reps had good behavior and helping attitude. But this time when my confidence was on hype to buy ticket from yatra I had a bad experience with your reps Ms Nirmal Kaur. As I have vision problem, when I called to Yatra unfortunately she picked the phone and I asked help from her to let me help buying two one way tickets for Toronto and send the details on my email well ready so that I may pay and buy tickets. She was very careless, uncooperative and was not taking seriously her job. First she booked ticket with no middle name, she charged more money and she did not told about the discounts etc to me. I paid immediately and she sent me ticket but later I found that 1. She charged much more. I paid thru net banking and the amount of about around 800-900 was seen as due which I presume that if I would had paid thru Credit Card she might have withdrew extra amount, 2. This all was completed after midnight and I got ticket finally on 9th Nov. later I found that ticket prices were much less on your website that what she charged me .She charged me INR 63500 for two tickets whereas the website yatra shows the INR price @30574X2=61148=00. 3. In this way she overcharged me INR 2352 =00 4. She did not let me know about any discount promo code YATUSAUNZ while making the payment.given by Yatra at this moment which I could have received upto INR 1500/ In this way she overcharged me INR TOTAL 3852/= and did not help me as a customer rep because I called her to help me out in buying ticket as I had problem in handling computer at that moment. I there fore request you that please compensate me overcharge. She not only broke my rising confidence with Yatra but also I have got a bad impression and a impression not to deal with this company in future.
