[Resolved] Yatra.com — Domestic flight cancellation and refund | |||||
Booking reference:[protected] Flight: 13th September, Indigo Airlines, Kolkata to Bangalore I had booked above flight. However, due to the unrest in Bangalore, I decided to cancel the flight on 12th September night. Yatra.com site was not allowing me to cancel the flight saying the travel time is very close and I should do the cancellation from airline. I called up Indigo and cancelled the flight. Now I want to get my money refunded. Yatra.com site does not have any option as such, I searched in "my bookings" for getting any "refund claim" option and there was nothing. I am trying from then to call yatra customer care number multiple times and no one is picking up. See, I need to rebook my ticket now and need refund immediately.
