[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Hotel Denied my Booking at Mid Night

Address:Pondicherry, Puducherry

I booked one room in "Executive Inn - A boutique Hotel, Pondicherry" on 1st of August for 2nd of August. I reached pondicherry at 1:00 AM 2nd august and i called reception of Executive Inn and the person at reception denied the room saying we don't have room available right now. I tried explaining him i am at pondicherry bus stand and I have booked the room through yatra.com but he refused to provide any room. I called yatra.com but the helpline is open till 12:30 AM. I was there at pondicherry bus stand with my fiancée trusting yatra.com has booked a room but yatra.com made that night worst night of my life. Next evening I got a call from Executive Inn asking when I will check in. I called yatra.com helpline and filed a complaint but after so many follow ups i am not getting any refund from yatra.com.
