Yatra.com — payment successful but hotel not booked | |
Dear sir,
I want to inform that I have booked the hotel in chennai hotel marsan louge pallavaram chennai near airport from yatra.com app as guest .and I ave applied my gmail id ([protected]@gmail.com) on[protected] but I didn't recieve any mail from yatra.com .and no transaction .and I send my complain to yatra.com by mail but no resoponce from that side so sir please do a favour by refunding the amount
