Yatra.com — Refund because airline cancelled | |||||
Due to lockdown started in March, all the airlines had to cancel the flights. Indigo cancelled my ticket and refunded the amount as well. But the agency (Yatra) through which I booked the ticket, has not refunded my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Please note, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. I had paid 6306 INR but you are showing that I paid 6006 and above that you deducted 500 INR in the name of convenience fee and all which was never mentioned in the app while booking. I want to know where the 300 INR went.
