[Resolved] Yatra.com — refund for unbooked tickets | |
I was trying to book tickets from ranchi to mumbai. However after i going through payment page the website got stuck and the amount got deducted but i didn't receive the tickets. The customer care first said there was no booking. Then said that amount will be refunded but then sends mail saying that payment did not materialize hence no refund with us.
