[Resolved] Yatra.com — Refund hotel booking amount

Hi, This is Vikas Chouksey i have booked hotel through yatra.com with Sun Park Resort MANALI in the name of Mr. Vishal Chouksey date of booking was 14th dec2014 to 19 dec2014, due to heavy snowfall they were not able to move from simla to manali because road was blocked and govt was not allowed to move to manali they were waiting for 2 days to clear the road but it was not. I had discussion with yatra customer service desk regarding the same but they are not ready to refund. My Booking details with yatra is ref No.- [protected]. Can you help me with the same. I am not getting any update regarding my complaint, I wrought first mail to Yatra on 16/12/2014 regarding my Rs.12845/- refund, same day I got the mail from "Rohit Juyal" Yatra Team that was "We are checking for possible cancellation under ref - [protected] with Sun Park Resort MANALI.
Please allow us some time." After that I was waiting for reply from yatra but I didn't get any update regarding the same than send the mail to yatra "Mr. Rohit Juyal" on 20/12/2014 and 23/12/2014 after the last mail got the reply from Mr. Rohit Juyal that was
"We have spoken to Ms.Kamna from hotel for same & they are not agreed for any refund." Than on 27/12/2015 complained to consumer complaint.

It's almost one month over but nothing is happening from yatra the amount is big for me so request you to please do the needful.

After that I complained to consumer complains on[protected]. It was almost one month but nothing is happing from yatra.
Request you to please do the needful for refund because the amount is big for me.
