Yatra Booking Reference Number[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. My refund is not processed yet, 90 days have already passed. Everytime they are ignoring the emails and sending us canned responses. Yatra being a travel agent company it's their responsibility to fulfil customer needs rather than waiting for the airline to respond. Was this information helpful? | |

We would like to inform you that as per the Air India refund process, we have already filed a refund claim for your booking with the Airline however no refund has been authorized by Air India yet. I am in a similar position and this is happening with a lot of people. They told me that refund would take 15 days at most (the airline involved have issued the refund from their end already, but Yatra will not release it. Moreover, there is no way to contact them; they've disconnected their customer care number and are not replying to any Emails or complaints registered.
