[Resolved] Yatra.com — refund of airline ticket | |
I booked an airline ticket through yatra.com, and later changed the date of travel. 1st booking, Indigo airlines, Pnr no iwp24e for travel on 16th jan. Date change request made on 12th jan for travel on same airline, same route, on 20th jan. New ticket issued with pnr no tkctkg Yatra partially refunded rs. 8, 025 whereas indigo made a refund of 10, 600, yatra should refund me the balance approx 2600 rupees.
