Dear concern What the hell is going on in your remittance departmeet. I will never book any ticket in future. I booked two ticket reference [protected] and cancelled. But still no proceeds have been credited in our a/c and for past 25 days we have been pursuing the matter.whenever I contact the authorities through customer care, they say within next 24 hrs your money will be credited in your, but the same has not been credited yet.now I want my money back with interest. I have been harassed so much that never ever in my life will I book ticket and use other services of yatra.com
