Dear Sir, I Am Vivek Arya holding Ac no [protected] In SBI Bank, Phadnis colony, INdore, I Tried to book a Flight ticket from Indore to Bhubaneswar Dated 18 June 2015 at 5.43.41 pm, while processing for the ticket, I made a successful transaction in the account of AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD of Rs.4396.00, with Journal No. 43886816, which got credited to your account on the same day for which the Txn. Amt was 21621391.27, but after transaction the page was expired and the reservation was not confirmed. I made numerous complaints to the customer care executives and also provided the bank statement for my ac the journal no and their ac statement as well. As evidential document of the confirmation from the bank that the money has transferred to their Account with the journal no 43886816. They have asked me to check with my bank people and they have assured me that the money is already transferred into the account of Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. Ac no. [protected] and also shown me the money transfer journal no. They are in my full support, they also said that Yatra.com is not willing to check/Return the money that's why they are giving such absurd replies. I have called several times at the Customer care Desk, though I haven't got any positive turn up from your end. But they are not ready to listen up my calls. they make me wait for half an hour on the calls to get connected, and once the call gets connected they assure me with the processure to be conducted and they never turn back I am waiting since last 8 days though they committed to get my money back in 48 working hours Maximum. Kindly check with all the attached documents in support to my issue. And help me to get my money back.

I need my money back, an trying to call your customer care, they guys put my calls on hold like half half hour, they don't respond to my calls.
Cause of your negligence i was suppose to do all the ground work, Along with this no one is even bothered to check my money status and get it refunded..

Your back-end services are really poor, at the time of commitments you show sky are not the limits to the customers and when they issues you ignore them like trash mails.
Yatra has given me this mail in revert though i have given them their bank account statement that the money is successfully transferred in the account but still they are not bothered to check my details. Please help me to get my money back.

Please, help me to get my money back, please treat as a serious issue, this yatra people are taking me for granted..
Despite of sending the Ac statement on 24 and 25 june of my sbi ac [protected] and the avenue india pvt ltd Ac which is the payment gateway for yatra.com and the Ac no is [protected]which they are holding, people sitting at the senior escilation team asked me to send the bank statement again today on 27 june. This is the investigation they have made in last three days..
They are not willing to pay my money back, they just send me a mail money not charged, mentioned in my last complaint..
All i need is money with interest now along with compensation to the harassment they made to me from last 9 days with all my mobile bill.
Please help to get my problem solved and get my money back.

    I got a message from Spice jet regarding their cancellation of flight SG 684 from Cochin to Hydrabad on 02/07/2015.       Hi, I booked a hotel with assistance of Yatra care representative (Booking Reference Number - [protected]). According to him this is best selling property but when I gone through reviews it was worst property. I immediately cancelled this booking and opted for new booking from Yatra.com. Then I came across Hotel J's Excellency Mahabaleshwar. Price for 4'th July check-in and 5'Jul check-out is 11000 where in other website I found it to be 2750 only for one night and there is 50% off as well. Yatra.com is simply cheating the customers. See attached snapshot. Note: My intention is not to defame or do financial loss to any one. This just to inform customers help them out there in choosing online bookings. They must compare across online portals.

        This is with reference to flight booking from Mumbai to Nagpur, booking date 10th June'15. Which I tried through Yatra.com using paytm wallet for amout Rs.1977. I tried first time which failed and no amount was deducted this time but on second time again failed but amount was deducted from Paytm wallet and Kotak Credit card. same informed to yatra and paytm that amount deducted and but transaction was failed. Now in this case Paytm is saying that amount has been processed from their end and yatra is saying they did not receive payment for this. I don't understand who is lying. despite number of folloups with both the companies, I did not receive satisfactory answers and ulimately I'm loosing my amount which causing mental stress to me.           I have had a horrible experience with Yatra.com. They left me with my family (we have a 16 months old kid with us) all by ourselves in the middle of the night. the hotel we had booked was locked out and we had travelled all the way from Mumbai. I hope and wish you understand how it feel to be stranded in the middle of the night with your family and a 15 months old child. However, I would narrate the event once again for your convenience. We started from Mumbai after office hours on Thursday (had made a booking for 3N starting Thursday night). And reached there around midnight. When we reached there, there was no way to find out the location of the hotel. Even your own customer support person guy did not know the location. In the middle of the night he told us that we should make own arrangement and he would process our full refund (how customer friendly approach!!!). However, we got hold of some local people and located the property after searching for it for an hour. When we reached there, the resort was locked out (the main gate was locked), and both the numbers provided by you were not responding (apparently the numbers were of the resort owner). My wife had to sit for all the time inside the car with my baby as he was hungry and was crying badly. After, searching and requesting some local people (I had to knock some doors in the middle of the night and wake them up for help), got to know that the care taker boy stays 5 kilometers away. I went and picked him up from his home and brought him to the resort. Then he opened up the place for us (by the time it was 2:30 am). We went inside the room. The room was stinking; the AC had no temperature control. The bathrooms were dirty like hell. My wife chose not to even wash her face. My child was hungry, and the resort didn’t even have a drop of milk! Somehow, we sat there, thought of passing few hours so that there’s light outside, and we can leave that godforsaken place. In the morning I called up the call center (in the night we did call up your emergency number, but, they too told us that they can’t do much and we need to wait till 6:30 in the morning when the call center starts operations), spoke to Ms Neha Sahani, who instead o[censored]nderstanding what we are going through, started shouting on me (another example of customer friendliness!!!). On request of speaking to a senior, I was transferred to Mr. Balram Singh, who then told me to wait till 10amand he will get back to us. In the meanwhile I got a call from the owner (on the caretaker’s mobile number), where in she told me that she was not aware of any booking on my name. She also, said that she has not even received any payment for the same. After waiting till 10:30am (what responsiveness / punctuality from your people), I called back again at the call center. After again fighting my way thru Ms. Sahani, reached Mr. Balram, who first told me that we have been allocated Mango beach resort, then again after keeping me on hold for a long long time, told me that he can’t do anything and would process 2 night’s refund. To which I told him, that we are not looking for any refund, but, place to stay with my family. Or else, my full refund. To which he asked for time till 4:00pm. And it’s quiet evident from your way of operations, there was not call back from any of your employees till date. Post this call I immediately left that place and checked into Radisson. Now, my point is that I am accepting passing few hours in that resort, but, can the resort owner show any proof that we have stayed there? (The fact is that I did not sign any kind of form of register). Secondly, is this the kind of sympathy you have with your customers, that in the middle of the night / wee hours of the morning, you ask them to take their money and get lost? I am simply requesting you to please refund my full money. If I don’t get to hear anything, then I will have no other choice, but, to look for all other way possible, and ask for additional compensation that I had to pay to stay at Alibaug.             Hey, This is inform to you that we don't get proper facility on trip. we have purchased AC sleeper from Delhi to riskiness. you guys changed bus timing again and again in a day. after confirm bus time we have received wrong address massage from yatra.com for boarding. when we reached to bus there was many much confusion to bus operator he take too much time to confirm us seat.when bus started water has fall down on us which was completely worst moment.we were late by 3.5 hours.Seat number was changed. seriously we are not satisfied with your facility and i want my money back from yatra.com. we have proper pictures of water falling. i request you please look into this and refund other wise i will submit a case in consumer court.                 I am a regular online travel customer but this was my first dealing with Yatra.com. After booking some package deal online and upgrading to a better hotel(after paying extra) on speaking with a customer service representative, I was called back 48 hours after to be told that the hotel is not available on my dates. Not when I had paid the advance, not when I had paid the balance, but 48 hours after making full payment to Yatra.com. Mr. Sahil from Yatra had called me to break the news and told me few other hote options to choose from, none of which were upto the standards of the upgraded hotel I had paid for! On exchanging numerous calls between one another, he kept telling me that they were giving me an upgraded option for their mistake but trust me, all the hotel options provided by them were downgraded if anything! They gave me a total of 5 options none of which were upto the mark and hence we couldn't come to a conclusion. Now they wanted to cancel my booking and refund me my money.. Which would have been ok if my package wasn't for 7 days ahead (in which case flights had already gone up and I hadn't prepared for such a disastrous customer service experience) and I was left handicapped! Now the cherry on the cake, I will receive the refund in 6-7 working days! Now how am I suppose to book my vacation when my money is tied up with these amazing people??!

                  Dear Sir, I booked my bus ticket for Luxury Volvo from Shimla to Delhi on 22 May, 2015 through yatra.com but got a worst experience with it. I paid Rs. 1149/- for it, while other passenger paid Rs. 800 for the same bus ticket through various travel agencies. It was a financial fraud at the first side. I booked my window seat as 20 but not given to me booked seat because many travel agencies booked the same seat to number of persons. After that, AC pipe was leaking on my seat and water were leaking on me dip by dip and my whole seat got totally wet in half an hour and no seat was vacant and driver and conductor of bus DL 1PC 0805 misbehaved with me and told me that"we cant do anything, call to yatra.com from where you booked my seat, finally I traveled my whole journey throughout in standing position from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, while I paid the exceeded amount for my journey. Finally, I found that yatr.com is doing fraud with their customer and focusing only looting the customer instead of better service. Now, I submit my serious grievance against the financial fraud and mental harassment and demand to refund total money within three days, otherwise I will take strict action against the organization with supportable evidences. I have clicked all supportable pictures for the mentioned incident and financial fraud and will take appropriate action against this fraud and cheating with innocent passengers. Earlier action is highly requested in this concern. Please find attached pictures of mentioned incident as a supportable document.

                        Dear sir, I want to inform that I have booked the hotel in chennai hotel marsan louge pallavaram chennai near airport from yatra.com app as guest .and I ave applied my gmail id ([protected]@gmail.com) on[protected] but I didn't recieve any mail from yatra.com .and no transaction .and I send my complain to yatra.com by mail but no resoponce from that side so sir please do a favour by refunding the amount

                            I would like to pointed out the following chaos done by Yatra, resulting loss of INR 53, 000 to me and additionally too much mental stress. 1. I have book the Tashkent tour dated 24th Febrauary 2015 for the date 14th April 2015 - 18th April 2015, and accordingly initial amount (INR 30, 600- Reciept no [protected]) was paid to Yatra. 2. As I am staying in Vadodara and the package was from ex-Delhi, so in co-ordination with Mr Amit Mahajan I have done my own domestic flight booking (Vadodara - Delhi - Vadodara) for coming to Delhi and back to vadodara for the tour package. 3. After that I was continuously in touch with Mr Amit Mahajan for my booking, on 11th March 2015, I received an email from yatra that my booking has been transferred to Ms Sheeba Birla and now she will be in touch with me for further details 4. Then there was continuously email communication for sending the passport (passport received by Yatra on 26th March 2015) and photograph (there was so many emails from Yatra to me for asking the photograph without mentioning the size of photograph whether soft copy or hard copy to be send, everytime I had called yatra and then they were giving information on phone which consume lot of my time on phone as well as money for phone call) with yatra and accordingly everything was send by end of March as instructed by Mr Sheeba. Everytime I was asking will there be any problem in getting the visa or not and I was getting the reply that don't worry sir Yatra has already send so many tourist to Tashkent without any problem. 5. On 30th March complete payment was done from my side (INR 93, 300 - Reciept still waiting from Yatra) as instructed by Yatra. Some service tax amount was balance (INR 1866 ), as I have done my payment with credit card which I have paid later in beginning of April 2015. 6. On 10th April 2015, I received an email from Yatra saying that full payment for the tour package received and the flight tickets, package details and the passport will be delivered to me at the Delhi airport prior to the departure to Tashkent. 7. I was very much worried about the point no 6 and I was continuously contacting Ms Sheeba Birla for handing over the complete package details to me on 10th April 2015 itself, as 11th & 12th April was Saturday and sunday and I was supposed to leave to Delhi on 13th April 2015. Ms Sheeba Birla then promised me to deliver everything on 12th April 2015 via email which was acceptable to me. 8. Then I was waiting on 12th April 2015 full day, nothing has reached to me. I even tried to call Yatra and everytime I get a message Ms Sheeba Birla is on off and she will revert on Monday (i.e 13th April 2015). Nothing was happened on 12th April 2015 9. Then I was waiting on 13th April 2015 since morning, no phone call or email received from Yatra till 12.30 PM ( I was continuously trying to reach Ms Sheeba Birla but no response) and at 12.30 PM I receive a phone call from Ms Sheeba Birla saying that your son visa got rejected and you need to either reschedule the date or cancel the package. 10. Point no 9 was really a shock to me, even though I was continuously following up with Ms Sheeba for my package details and she was taking so lightly and at the end I am facing this difficulty. 11. As we already made up our mind for going to vacation and at the last moment (because of negligience of Yatra employee) visa rejection I was completely shocked. Ms Sheeba Birla was giving me advice that me and my wife can travel and my son should stay back in India. ( stupid idea and ridiculous advice). Finally I told her to reschedule the package to some other destination where visa on arrival is possible. As the rescheduling of Tashkent package from my side was not at all possible due to other engagements (as well as my domestic ticket to Delhi was already booked ) 12. Finally, I gave her conclusion to book for Bangkok trip but then again shocked she told me I have pay additionally INR 30, 000 due to cancellation Tashkent trip. She was mentioning to me Yatra had bear 50% cancellation charges and I have to bear remaining 50% cancellation charges. I do not understand how this cancellation charges calculated, she informed me that she will provide the full details of cancellation charges but till now nothing has received. I was expecting cancellation charges invoices to reach to me. 13. After paying additional INR 30000 she confirmed to me that my Bangkok trip is booked 14. But because of negligience of yatra employee, I was severly under tension on 13th April 2015 and additionally loss of money (INR 53000) to me which was completely ruined my vacation budget. The financial loss amount (INR 53000) may be very small to Yatra but very big amount to me With this email I request Yatra to kindly re-imburse me the financial loss (INR 53000) due to Yatra employee negligience or provide some alternative for re-imbursing this cost. Your prompt reply appreciated.

                              i traveled lot of times but not with like yatra... its worst.. i paid 57000 rs include dinner but u didnt provide me pl rectify my prob as aspb ur people promise me that they are going to arrange break fast dinner nd one candle light dinner...actual package cost was 53500 nd i paid extra 3500 for dinner after discussion with the bloody fellow name Bhavana ([protected] ) i[censored]r not provide what u mail me will going to take legal action

                                Hello, I booked a ticket of spice jet through make my trip and my Booking Id: NF[protected] and booking date: 18-September-2014. Travel date 25 Jan 2015, but unfortunately flight was cancelled and I was supposed to get the refund. In make my trip site amount refund date is shown as 2nd April. But till now I have not received the refund amount. After having series of follow-ups (Below are the reference number given against my complaint) I haven’t got any fruitful response.

                                  I have cancelled the international airline ticket with yatra ref. no. YT14356320. I was informed that in 7-10 days I will get the refund but when I called on 10th day they said 10-15 more days is required and their excuse is that airline has not refunded to them so in-turn they have not refunded to me. I don't know how many times they will ask for more time and I have lost the hope for approx. INR 20k money. Worst part is I made the payment through credit card and its already billed and their is no probability of refund before my due date so I have to make bill payment that will include the refund amount of the cancelled ticket. In-case of refund after due date bank will just adjust it with future bills and with my current spending trend it will be 2-3 months bill. So effectively refund will be time taken by yatra to refund plus 2-3 months and I don't know when eater will refund it.
