Dear Team Yatra I am facing an issue due to a technical glitch which caused an erroneous booking or air tickets. Awaiting revert and hopefully some respite from double cost I had to shell out to change the tickets . Please get in touch with me and help me make this experience better or loose a customer for life @beingmrskapoor . Also when I immediately called and spoke to your staff (within 2 minutes of recipet of message) they suggested (even though I insisted I change the booking else the prices / availability be affected) that I wait for 24 hours before the IT team can confirm if it was a glitch or not. Uncomfortable with this idea I called back in 2 hours to change the tickets ( and get thereinbursement once technical glitch is confirmed at your end) only to have to pay additional Rs 10000 (approx) for an 11000 ₹ ticket I am unhappy and feel cheated by your company !!! Please look into this and do something ! Ruined my holiday even before it started !!! Was this information helpful? |
