[Resolved] Yatra.com — unable to check in after getting confirmed booking | |
On 30th dec 2017 i booked a hotel in nahan, hp for 31st dec. I got the confirmation and voucher from yatra.com. Next day when i checked in i came to know that the booking was not confirmed by the hotei as all the rooms in the hotel was full. I was travelling with my wife and an infant kid. Due to this they have to wait inside car for 2 hours. Hotel blames yatra and yatra blames hotel for this. Was this information helpful? | |
