[Resolved] Yatra.com — yatra.com big time cheater! booking date changed after payment!

My name is hitesh bharwani n my booking reference number is[protected], i was searching for 17 december 2018 flights from dehradun to ahmedabad! I selected the flight for 17 dec n paid rs 4616 for the direct spicejet flight sg 2938
From dehradun to ahmedabad yet i got confirmed ticket sent for 17 january 2019 despite many calls to customer care one refused to listen to my issue as my ticket was not showing in his server as it was getting updated, alright! He promised me tocall back in one hour, which he didnt! I called back again n didnt tell the issue to the person listening on yatra customer care, he got the details of my ticket n then when i said about the issue he again promised to forward my complain n call me back within 24 hours for it to be solved, as they have to check my ligs that i was serching for 17 dec flight! When i logged in to the website to reschdule my flight, after selcting new date when i select next the website takes me. Back to my dashboard without any info about rescheduling process! Means i cant reschedule! Got cheated for 4616 rs! Yatra.com big time cheater! Dont book anything there save ur hard earned money! Many negative reports about them not solving any minor or major issue n gulping all the money reports r found about yatra.com on almost all review websites!

Updated by MAc KinG Respected person on the ither side handling this, i tried to 'write to u' section but something gies wrong n errors appear to u in ur online website or app! Basicaly ur server is made up to cheat people like this n not respond to their request of trying to contact u! I have recieved no call from yatra.com trying to reschedule or refund or anything trying to solve this fraud or a mistake by server as yatra people will mention! MY ISSUE NOT SOLVED YET!!!

Updated by MAc KinG I have not recieved any support from ur side not even a message or one call! Ofcourse i need asisstance and after sales service as u did booked the flight in the wrong date still ur telling me u confirmed it on the payment page! I checked when we use ur website to pay after the booking of the ticket no conformation ofthe date is on that page! How will help me after tellling me to lose 4000 and recieve back 640 rs in any cancel or rescheduling process! Its very clear sir ur trying to loot us with answers like that as it will only help me in court i[censored] dont solve this issue or this mistake o[censored]r server! I would like a.call very urgent by tomorrow morning or anytime u can to solve it! M waiting! PROBLEM NOT SOLVED YET!!!

Updated by MAc KinG Yatra.com people have never contacted me despite my 100 tries to contact, out side this page these guys never contact u! They Never solve ur issue as they did not solve mine! They want to rob people n show the world it was consumers mistake! Never use yatra .com its a fraud website

Updated by MAc KinG finally i had to cancel my booking as no contact was made from yatra.com executives to solve my issue... they wrote they will refund my amount in debit card i paid from but they specifcally returned my amount in e cash for that i have to do another booking in yatra.com! BIG TIME CHEATERS AND MONEY STEALERS WITH NO AFTER SERVICE OR ANY CONTACT FOR ANY QUERY THEY WONT HELP... THEY R LIKE MODERN THUGS TRYING TO LOOT PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY N THEN NOT RETURN EVEN A SINGLE PENNY BACK... YATRA.COM EXECUTIVES STOP CHEATINGAND INSTEAD BEG FOR MONEY AS ONE DAY U WILL PAY BIG TIME FOR ALL UR FRAUDS... SINCE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS .IN ALSO COULD NOT HELP IN MY CASE I MIGHT TAKE THIS TO COURT OR I MIGHT LET KARMA DO ITS WORK... AS NO EVIL OR SIN GOES UNPUNISHED... HELL AND HEAVEN ARE HERE...
