[Resolved] Yatra — fraud while cancelling hotel | |
I booked hotel with yatra a fortnight back and need to cancel due to change in travel plans. We are still a fortnight away from the booking date and yatra is saying no refund will be issued at cancellation of hotel. When i check the booking ticket it has no mention of such cancellation charges. They are keeping the money to themselves and not refunding my money. I would have understood some cancellation charges but taking up all the money when no such declaration is made at booking is fraudulent Was this information helpful? | |
