[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount deducted but didn't get the tickets or confirmation | |
I have booked a ticket on Yatra on 6th April, 2021 for the flight Air Asia for 12 April, 2021 and my amount of 4229 got deducted from my bank account to yatra but yatra did not book my tickets neither send me any confirmation about booking.

Apr 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund back to my card after complaning to the multiple sector.
It has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
