[Resolved]  Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Amount deducted but Hotel not booked

I have recently tried to book 3 nights and 4 days in Green Nest Resort, Kotagiri (TN) I have made successful transaction in yatra app however I noticed that my full payment was made but the resort was not booked as any sort of confirmation from yatra was not provided, over app or email.

Amount: INR 14704
Mode of Payment: UPI
Date of Payment: 26/June/2022
Resort: Green Nest, Kotagiri TN

Please resolve this ASAP
