    Have booked accommodation for day, money has been deducted and displayed confirmed in application. But when we reached hotel they denied saying that we haven't received any booking from Yatra.

    Reached out to customer care but response and its 4 day, dropped a mail as well but no luck. Request you take action on it. FYI: Booking ref ID :[protected]

          I have booked my round trip flight from Hyderabad to Andaman in May 2021 in Yatra app. The PNR is SR5P0H. I have not taken the flight and the airlines has provided the refund. I have claimed the refund amount in the app on June 2nd 2022 but the Yatra team is not crediting the amount to my bank account even after several mails. Everytime, they mail me the refund is processed but their is no refund from their side. The booking Ref No. is[protected]. Please resolve the issue

            I booked the flight ticket with PNR X2DGGR on 20 june 2022. The flight booked for 9 July 2022 from chandigarh to hyderabad. But the flight got cancelled by airline and they refunded the amount to yatra on 29 June. But yatra didn't send me the claimed refund amount yet. I have to book other flight before 9 July.                 This is Vivek K
                I have booked a Indigo flight from Chennai to Lucknow and at the time of payment I chose PhonePe UPI and successfully transacted amount to Yatra but the booking of my ticket was not there and it is unsuccessful.
                Kindly see through the issue and Refund the money to my account.

                I have checked and there is no refund status for the booking and there is no booking and there is no PNR number generated for the ticket.
                Kindly Check and let me know
                Please do the refund as soon as possibl and it’s been 3 days since I made this payment.
                First I trusted Yatra but now the trust has gone.
                I have mailed you at 10 AM and still there is no response from your side.
                Your customer care number is also not working saying that due to COVID we are unable to reach you. What is this Yatra, it’s disgusting and I’m very disappointed with you and your services.
                Do reply immediately.

                I have mailed many times and called you many times. There’s no response from Yatra such a disgusting behaviour.
                Refund my amount as soon as possible

                  I have made hotel booking through Yatra for hotel stay on 9th June 2022. but when i reached hotel they told they have disconnected the linkage with Yatra 2 years back and so no booking can be accepted with that. They also did not provide any room and so I and my relatives had to stand in mid of road at 11.pm which is very disgusting . Being a pioneer online website for hotel booking i never expected this type of service from Yatra. My Entire family members were in a miserable situation midnight and we come outstation with a faith that we have made the reservation and everything will be ready. I have paid Rs. 4034 towards booking of three rooms for that hotel room. Further when I sent mail as complaint regarding this with ref. no TG:31945130 they agreed to give me refund, but even after 20 days there is no response from their side.

                      On August 26, 2020 I had booked a Yatra flight reference number[protected] at 11pm under the Yatra assure policy under which cancellation within 24 hours would be 100% refundable. On August 27, 2020 at 10:15pm I began attempting to cancel the ticket under the Yatra assure policy. However, the app kept crashing and showing error. As proof, I sent Yatra an email at 11:45pm showing the cancellation not working (attached). The next day, I spoke do Mr. Ankit Hada from Yatra customer care who requested proof of the cancellation attempt after which we were told that we should get the refund. However, as the flight got closer, we could not even cancel the flight from our end because it was within 48 hours of departure and Yatra customer care was not responding to us. (attached screenshot of partially refundable ticket and Yatra cancellation not working). It has been about 2 years since the incident and Yatra keeps sending emails saying that they are requesting refund from the airline whereas the problem was a technical error from Yatra's end. We should simply get a refund from Yatra without having to keep emailing them and receiving replies from them once every 3 months. This has truly been a sour experience and we have stopped buying tickets from Yatra now. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

                        Airline booking of GoFirst (Order ref.[protected]/ Booking ref[protected] for Sector Pune Bangalore was cancelled as Airline changed the flight schedule significantly. Airline made refund of Rs. 9806, but Yatra.com gave reduced refund of Rs. 6566 without any explanation.
                        Patrons should book directly with Airlines and not with such e-websites where hidden charges/recoveries can create dent to your hard earned money.

                          I made the above mentioned booking for my stay at the hotel in Udaipur amounting Rs. 6334/- using my debit card.
                          Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the same.
                          The cancellation was made within the time limit in which I was eligible for full refund.
                          Since the time I have cancelled my booking, I have received only the mail stating that your booking has been cancelled but they have not informed anything about refund.

                          I have raised complaint online twice but they are not responding to that as well. I also tried calling their customer care number but they are not picking up a single call.

                            I have recently tried to book 3 nights and 4 days in Green Nest Resort, Kotagiri (TN) I have made successful transaction in yatra app however I noticed that my full payment was made but the resort was not booked as any sort of confirmation from yatra was not provided, over app or email.

                            I booked a cab from Udaipur to Mount Abu for 10th May 2022 with yatra.com.

                            Taxi Confirmation via Yatra, GMC order id- OPUDA[protected]

                            The booking was cancelled from yatra.com vendor ie GetMeCab as no driver was available. I paid Rs.623 as advance after all discounts and the balance amount was to be paid after trip completion.
                            Even after many emails sent to yatra.com regarding refund, till now i have not received the refund. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND HELP ME GET THE REFUND

                              Today I was booking a flight from Kolkata to Agartala and the fare was Rs. 4718, but as soon I completed my OTP, the amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. It returned to a page saying "Oops". I have tried contacting yatra by phone and email but got no response. Please look into the issue and please refund the amount.

                                  I have booked bus ticket for trip to Tirupati from Bangalore for June 28th from Yatra.com

                                  I got the call from the Seabird Turist that the bus journey is cancelled because of low occupancy and they have initiated refund of same to Yatra on 22th June.

                                  But I have not received the refund yet and I have tried using claim refund option on yatra website and app multiple times but did not received any response from your side.
                                  Also there is no contact number to connect with yatra for Bus booking support.
