I made the above mentioned booking for my stay at the hotel in Udaipur amounting Rs. 6334/- using my debit card.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the same.

Amount deducted but Hotel not booked

I have recently tried to book 3 nights and 4 days in Green Nest Resort, Kotagiri (TN) I have made successful transaction in yatra app however I noticed that my full payment was made but the resort was not booked as any sort of confirmation from yatra was not provided, over app or email.

Reservation

I booked a cab from Udaipur to Mount Abu for 10th May 2022 with yatra.com.

Taxi Confirmation via Yatra, GMC order id- OPUDA[protected]

The booking was cancelled from yatra.com vendor ie GetMeCab as no driver was available. I paid Rs.623 as advance after all discounts and the balance amount was to be paid after trip completion.
Even after many emails sent to yatra.com regarding refund, till now i have not...

Money deducted but flight not booked

Today I was booking a flight from Kolkata to Agartala and the fare was Rs. 4718, but as soon I completed my OTP, the amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. It returned to a page saying "Oops". I have tried contacting yatra by phone and email but got no response. Please look into the issue and please refund the amount....

I got the call from the Seabird Turist that the bus journey is cancelled because of low occupancy and they have initiated refund of same to Yatra on 22th June.

Regarding ticket booking

I have booked a ticket at yatra.com with credit car card no ending with 6215 but I didnt get refund today itself. I had booked today itself. But money got deducted but didnt get the refund....

100% refund guaranteed.

But the refund amount of Rs. 40320 not yet credited to my credit card account even after two weeks....

I booked 3 tickets in a bus via Yatra app. Money credited to Yatra with Ref. NO.[protected] also. But no any type of confirmation or information message came to me neither in mail nor in sms or WhatsApp. Therefore I couldn't find my bus and couldn't even enquire the bus as no contact number received by me. So, I missed that ticket price and bus. So, it is requested you to refund that money.

I have cancelled two hotel booking from yatra on 16th June (ref No:[protected] and 17th June (ref No:[protected] but even now the amount is not refunded. There is no reply to email and complaints on the portal. No customer care available.

Yatra NOT ISSUING GST Bill

Hi,
I had booked a hotel through Yatra and compelted my stay on 16th/17th.

Post that i have not received the GST bill.
When I approached them they are saying Hotel witll give.

Yatra is not refunding money

I have booked a hotel room of Ambica Residency on 8th June 2022 (08.06.2022). But for some reasons I have cancelled it on the next day that is 9th June 2022 (09.06.2022). My booking reference number is[protected]. But till now I have not get any refund from yatra in my bank account. The total amount I have paid is Rs 5991. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible....

Hi, i am writing in regards to my Yatra booking from bangalore to Singapore.
The booking shows not confirmed and PNR is listed 0000, i tried to contact yatra by all means and it routes me to writing a complain over mail for which the resolution time was 2-3 hours and its been more than 12 hours now with no response by any means.
I want to understand the state of my ticket because otherwise i can quickly rebook my tickets to...

Cancellation Refund not processed

Hello,

Its been over a month and Yatra team is unsuccessful in proceeding with a refund for booking reference number[protected] . They are highly unethical staff which shows solace through mails for delay in process and then ask for more time to proceed with a refund. I have been in communication with them for past one month for a simple refund and been in a email loop for over 6 times but they still give the same excuse....
