[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — Booking didn't take place but booking charges got deducted | |
I tried booking a flight yesterday for a roundtrip of Delhi to Goa. After transacting through UPI, My payment of rs 9832 got deducted but it showed that my booking did not take place. There is no response from the email ID listed on the platform too. Many others are facing this issue too and it's horrible! I need to book it soon but my money is stuck with Yatra.com.
