I have canceled my booking and need to submit policy details to Liberty Insurance for claim settlement.

I booked 2 tickets together and added cancellation protect on my booking. When i contacted Liberty insurance and Yatra. Now they are saying that you have opted one passenger cancellation protection.
Firstly there was no option to opt passenger cancellation protect was for the whole booking. Also I paid extra for insurance.
I just received cancellation charges of 1 passenger. There is no tele contact customer support, and email reply are late and incomplete.

Hi, I had booked 2 flights from yatra.com both under cancellation protection. Yatra has not even shared the policy number of the insurance and not helping in getting my claim back.
I had purchased a ticket from yatra but due to change in plans i cancelled the ticket. It was under cancellation protection but now i cannot submit the claim and have also not received any policy document.
