[Resolved] Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in — charged excess

We had a flight from kolkata to jaipur on 19 october 2017. Flight number g8 701. Pnr number is a5lv3j. I booked 5kgs extra for each my mother and me. We have paid rs 9534. Out of which 2900 was paid for extra baggage. Goair said there was no payment for extra baggage showing in their system and charged us again. We have paid twice for the same service. I want refund of the extra amount paid by me. I can send you the details. Kindly do the needful ssap.

We regret the inconvenience cause to you.As per our records due to some technical issue baggage request was denied. Hence full refund of INR 2900.00 has been processed from our end on 24th Oct 2017. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account
